Mona Home And Office Cleaning

We hired Mona Cleaning a couple of months ago for fortnightly cleanings of our apartment. Eija, our regular cleaner, is amazing and we would 100% recommend her to friends and colleagues. Mona Cleaning is really easy to work with, and they send regular reminders as your scheduled cleaning date approaches. So far so good!

Without any referral, I contacted Mona Cleaning via google search for an urgent request to clean my house for the next. Firstly, I am very impressed with the service call attended by Arlene and secondly, I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Fiona. I was very happy with my Superior Clean. Mandy did an excellent job, and was very good about checking in with me about what I wanted done and any areas to particularly focus on. The company was great about providing accurate quotes with minimal hassle to me, and I love their policy of getting approval before staying beyond that estimate and contacting me for feedback before charging my card. Additionally, when I wasn't available the day they had free, the company rearranged their schedule to fit me in. I found their rates very reasonable, and will be using the for regular cleaning appointments going forward.Cl

We contracted Mona Cleaners to clean our property as we were vacating the premises. Tracey arrived spot on time and introduced herself. After a brief walk through and discussion, she was ready to clean, and immediately set to work. Her finished product was thorough as she even did more than requested removing the slightest marks from the visible eye. No stone was left unturned after approximately 6 hrs of cleaning. The smell throughout was clean air and happy to say fragrance free. ECO friendly is the way to go to help protect the environment . I would recommend Mon Cleaners to anyone. Kylee came in to our home yesterday to clean. She did a thorough job especially dusting. I was very satisfied with the job that she did.

Did a great job cleaning the bathroom/living room and kitchen in a short time frame.

My place was not cleaned very well. I specifically requested the cleaner to bring a mop and she did not. She told me that she had too much to carry, so she couldn't bring a mop, so they should not have told me she would and that they would charge extra for me to keep it. As a result, she cleaned the bathroom floor by hand which took longer, leaving less time for everything else. I noticed a day later that the plunger was very dusty, which means that she didn't even lift it to clean the floor under it. Did she just wipe around it? She also didn't clean the shower curtain rod. Also, she cleaned the fridge, which I saw her take things out of to clean the whole inside, but I noticed later that she had not cleaned the freezer, as nothing was moved from it's original place. She had another job to go to, so she was rushing, but even if she had more time, she missed too many things that she did take time to clean. I was given another half an hour, but she just swept the floor during that time and wasn't able to mop it, which is what I really wanted. Lastly, I have also still not received the e-mail receipt, which was supposed to come a day after her cleaning. As a result of all of this, I would not recommend this company. I picked it because of the good reviews, so I'm very disappointed.

Daniel came to clean my condo. he was very professional and so kind! My condo was SPOTLESS when he left. i was always hesitant to get someone to clean my condo because i have had really bad experiences, but Daniel changed that for me. i would definitely recommend this company.

The cleaners arrived on time and did an assessment on the cleaning. They are professional and very detailed in cleaning all the areas. I am especially satisfied on the job done for the shower room in the master bedroom as well as the kitchen. They could finished the job within our expected time.

Donna, Lisa and Marie came to do a "superior cleaning" at our house. It had been some time since our last cleaning person left, but they did a really nice and thorough job. We plan to have Mona come regularly from one on.
