My place was not cleaned very well. I specifically requested the cleaner to bring a mop and she did not. She told me that she had too much to carry, so she couldn't bring a mop, so they should not have told me she would and that they would charge extra for me to keep it. As a result, she cleaned the bathroom floor by hand which took longer, leaving less time for everything else. I noticed a day later that the plunger was very dusty, which means that she didn't even lift it to clean the floor under it. Did she just wipe around it? She also didn't clean the shower curtain rod. Also, she cleaned the fridge, which I saw her take things out of to clean the whole inside, but I noticed later that she had not cleaned the freezer, as nothing was moved from it's original place. She had another job to go to, so she was rushing, but even if she had more time, she missed too many things that she did take time to clean. I was given another half an hour, but she just swept the floor during that time and wasn't able to mop it, which is what I really wanted. Lastly, I have also still not received the e-mail receipt, which was supposed to come a day after her cleaning. As a result of all of this, I would not recommend this company. I picked it because of the good reviews, so I'm very disappointed.

Our service is guaranteed so we would be more than happy to catch up any areas that we missed. Our follow up email was specifically to unveil any issues prior to charging you - we always ensure our clients' happiness, confirm the charge and payment type prior to requesting payment.We ask that our clients provide all equipment to avoid cross contamination. From time to time we do bring equipment in for the clients, you purchase it and it is yours to keep in your home. In keeping in line with our brand and company policy, we do all bathroom floors by hand in order to avoid cross contamination. We use a colour system with our microfiber cloths, again to avoid cross contamination and keep you and your family safe.
When we perform a MOVE clean, we typically clean the fridge and stove as part of our service. If the freezer is empty we will clean it too. If you would like the freezer cleaned you would need to make the request so that we could inform you to have an empty freezer. We do not have a problem with cleaning the freezer for you, just let us know so that we can ensure your freezer is ready to be cleaned when we arrive.
Mona cleaning does have a 24 hour guarantee that comes along with your services. If you are disappointed with the job, we can send somebody out to fix it. Feel free to contact us and we will honour a touch up of the bathroom and address the shower rod that we missed. We will also redo the bathroom floor however it is our policy to clean it by hand with a cloth so that we can reduce the spread of germs in your home.
Our receipts are sent at the end of the month typically, but we will send yours off as soon as possible.
