I found Mona Home and Office Cleaning on Homestars and I'm glad I called them. Fiona came to my home for 3.5 hours bi-weekly and she did a marvellous job.

She has a great eye for detail and is passionate about her job. She is punctual, efficient, and a very nice lady.

She leaves no rug unturned and always has the greatest tips for stubborn stains or things she notices around the house that need tending to. Apart from her attention to detail and skill, she CARES! Tracey not only meticulously cleans my house but she goes above and beyond!! This could be done on items in my home that I hadn't noticed needed to be cleaned, i.e. I have come home to a swept porch and cleaned mailbox, on top of the lovely cleaning on the inside of my house!! My favourite date of the week is every-other-Tuesday! On our “Tracy-days” we are welcomed home with spotless floors, shiny bathrooms and an overall VERY clean house.
Tracy’s attention to detail is so very much appreciated; taking care of areas I would never think of (vacuuming all of my lamp shades!) and adding the finishing touches that adhere to the routine of our home (making my son’s bed EXACTLY how he likes it).

Fiona did a wonderful Job. She vacuumed all rooms and cleaned the kitchen, washrooms and sinks. She dusted the shutters and vacuumed the quarter round. She worked for 4.5 hours.

Tracy comes to our home bi-weekly and completes an essential home cleaning. Our home literally sparkles when she is finished! It is such a relief to come home at the end of the day and not have to worry about cleaning... we can spend time as a family instead.

Tracy from Mona has been to my home a few times and has always gone above and beyond her regular cleaning duties. For example clearing a drain in the bathroom, cleaning out toaster....ect... I would strongly recommend service from Mona and there eco friendly products is a bonus!
