Mark and James walked me through the duct cleaning process and explained their methodology as they went. They were courteous, efficient and answered my questions throughout. Everything was done thoroughly and with obvious attention to detail. They also offered me some important advice on furnace maintenance, which I appreciate as a first time home owner. Although I am not at home when they arrived, my friend told me that they act professionally and arrived on time. Will recommend if ask by my neighbours. Except my vent holes are too small for the big machine, I am satify with the work done.

They were both very professional and answered all our questions and gave us some tips. We had duct cleaning done years ago but they were not as good as these guys. James and Mark were super friendly and professional. They arrived on time (actually slightly earlier) and were done and cleaned up in great time. I had them scheduled to do my dryer and when they inspected it they informed me that the crew that put in my deck in the summer had blocked my dryer vent and that it was so full of lint that it could of caused a house fire. So if they hadn't have looked at it and took the time to investigate things could of gone terribly wrong! I often go to bed with the dryer on and Mark and James with a very stern warning said "NEVER do that!" :) I would highly recommend these guys they were AWESOME
