Randy has been our plumber for years. We trust him to open up the water for our cottage, and close it down in the fall. He is superb. He troubleshoots in creative ways that both save us money and help the environment; and he educates us so that we can take better care of our water system, and the environment. He is very reliable, and takes care of our cottage quickly when we need him. He is also just a very nice and interesting guy. We have great respect for him, and great gratitude for the work he does for us.

Mark and James were competent, friendly, and professional. They arrived early, did their work respectfully and promptly, and gave us tips. They took care of our property, were patient while we had neighbours move cars, and were friendly, in addition to seeming expert at their jobs.
