Paul was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Super professional and did the job right. Very thorough made sure I knew everything he was doing. I've already recommended him to 2 other people and he just finished the job less that 8 hours ago.

Paul is the man to clean your ducts. I knew I needed this service yet was apprehensive in choosing the company to complete the task. His website is knowledgable and I liked that when I called, I was able to speak to him directly. He is diligent in doing the job right, as was seen in my home which had previously been cleaned yet Paul found magazines stuck in the ducts which the previous cleaner missed or ignored. He pointed these out and worked to resolve the obsticle found, happily. He prides himself on his service and knowledge and I was most happy with the results - properly cleaned ducts & friendly service. Well worth the money paid, unlike the cheaper services which do not "clean" the duct system properly.

I live in Windsor and my daughter leases a house in North York and the house really needed the ducts cleaned prior to turning on the heat. I found this company online and noticed they are TSSA Certified, which tells me, the consumer, that this is a reputable company. On short notice they booked an appointment around my schedule, as I was driving my daughter back to Toronto after the Holiday and they did a great job. Very friendly, clean and through. I would highly recommend this company.

Not only did he do an amazing job, leaving the place absolutely spotless after he had finished, Paul took the time to point out a couple of things we hadn't spotted before (including the plastic covering on the return that had been there since we bought and installed it!)

Paul from The Duct Cleaning Specialists was great. Really enthusiastic, courteous and explained everything he was doing. So glad we called him in as the ducts in the house we just bought were really, really filthy, and he did an awesome job.

This was my first time using homestar to select a company to provide service to my new home. Wow - was Paul great! He is a total profession and very accomodating. We were finishing renovations on our house and Paul was to clean our ducts when the work was completed. However, like all renovations, timelines were pushed out and unfortunately we had to move our appointment with Paul three or four times. Never was this an issue. The work completed was terrific. Paul was able to clean in spots that past cleaners missed and gave us several recommendations to ensure better flow of air in our house. Paul is top notch in our books and we look forward to seeing him again in 2 - 3 years!

Paul was on time, polite, and friendly. He explained the duct cleaning process to me thoroughly before he began. He respected our home with his careful work. Paul even cleaned out my central vac dust bin and removed a defunct humidifier for no extra charge. He came back a week later to replace our dryer duct tube, and we weren't home because we had totally forgotten about the appointment! Always the gentlemen, Paul left a polite voicemenal, and when we rescheduled, he continued to provide exceptional service.
