Mark and James were punctual, courteous, respectful, careful of my new floors and efficient. I have used the Duct Cleaning Specialists in the past, and will use them again next time I need the my ducts cleaned. Paul is also a pleasure to deal with and really cares about his clients. Excellent customer experience from start to finish and I recommend them without hesitation.
