Ecoline came in to replace 5 windows in our home. They did a great job on the installation. The installers were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. On install alone, I would rate them a 9 or 10.
It was the cleanup that was my concern. It was a mess. There were nails left on my son's bedroom floor where he plays. So much dust and chips in the carpet. Dust on the furniture. Pieces of insulation, wood pieces, and nails in our yard (where my son also plays). We spent a lot of time vaccuuming and dusting and picking up remains after they left.
I recommend that Ecoline spends more time prepping the job site - put down more drop cloths. Or at least tell customers to cover all their furniture (and floors?) and turn off their furnace fan because the dust will get everywhere.
