We retained Envirotech to re-insulate our attic. We had significant issues with half of our second floors - too cold in the winter (temperatures would drop to 15 C) and to high in the summer (temperatures would go as high up at 30 C). We had to install a wall heater for the winter and a portable A/C for the summer to try to fix the issue, but they'd be on all the time so that increased our electricity costs quite a bit. It also seemed like our central air was running all the time. Envirotech re-insulated our attic and added several vents as well, and we noticed the difference right away. Our second floor is now a stable, uniform 22 C, night and day. We no more need the wall heater or portable A/C. It made a big difference!

I had my entire attic cleaned out and re-insulated and a bath fan installed and some electrical work. I was very impressed by how fast Mark got in touch every time I had a question. All the staff was very professional and focused, they did a great job. They took the time to explain any issues to me and fully abide by the quote provided. Mark was even able to coordinate with an HVAC team so that they could remove the old air handler stuck in the attic between insulation removal and install. Overall a very good, very professional experience.
