He arrived on time, was professional and very informative. Mark explained the differences in R-rating in insulation, pointing out how inefficient the insulation in our 18 year old home was, and quoted us on R60 with the addition of 25 vents for air flow. He was very accommodating and was able to book us in to have the work done before the holidays. Mark's team did an awesome job! After having an energy audit done because we were going to have our furnace replaced we were told that our current attic insulation was only rated for R20 but the code for new homes was now R60 so it was an obvious second upgrade on our 22-year-old home so that we could qualify for the Enbridge energy rebate, as well as increase the efficiency of our house. I came across this company when doing my research and since they had great reviews, and a no charge quote option, I thought I would give them a try.

Mark, the owner, came out the same day I called them to give me the quote and fully explained what I needed and how much everything would cost. We decided to go ahead with the job and am glad we did as the crew that came were very good at what they do and even took the time to vacuum up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. If you are looking to better insulate your home then this is the company to call as you won't be disappointed.

From start to finish we were very pleased with all of the work and services provided by Mark and his team. We had a large variety of jobs done that included: installing a heavy duty box in the ceiling and installing a 52" inch fan, dimmer switches, GFCI receptacle, AFCI Breaker,
installing wiring, lights and switch in the hallway to our crawlspace and the installation of a conduit from the electrical panel along side the house to the front porch.
We appreciated the fact that they arrived on time as scheduled, and made sure everything was clean when the work was completed. They are very professional in the work that they do and I would recommend them to anyone.

Can't say enough good stuff about the job. On time, super clean, super informative. Extremely well done. We had to reschedule once due to heat in the attic but they were there the next week and the job was done in no time.

They even went the extra mile and sealed up air4 leaks around the hatch with spray foam insulation!!

This was the third or fourth time using Envirotech. Mark was prompt in providing an estimate and adhered to it when the project was done. His guys are always diligent to complete the job with as little mess and disruptions to the existing finished walls etc. They gave different options and scenarios to complete the work, along with a realistic timeline when the actual work areas were assessed. Its a relief when they do this so there are as few surprises are possible. I would highly recommend Envirotech, you truly get what you pay for.
