The Plumber Anta sent (Patrick) was very professional, he took off his shoes, was respectful of my home and even tidied up all the debris left from his investigation. He was diligent and persistent in trying to determine the source of the leak. We would feel confident in hiring him again and recommending this company to our friends.

Stubborn toilet tank that was constantly running; interior valve system used old-fashioned "floating ball" to set water level. Attempts to fix by self worked temporarily at best. Jonathan at Anta replaced with new parts quickly and efficiently. Did not get quotes from other plumbers but thought $250 fee (taxes in) was reasonable. Parts come with one-year warranty.

The sink. It's exactly what my heart did when I woke to find the contents of the pipes backed up into my kitchen. I called AnTa Plumbing immediately as I had done the year previous when a similar problem occurred. Enter the hero of the story, Jonathan Vieira. He called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time, prepared with al the tools he'd need to do the job. Jonathan's assessment of the situation was quick and accurate and he wasted no time in getting to work. As the problem ended up being more complicated than just a simple clog, Jonathan paused and explained an option to me that would save me roughtly $150 from the orignial quote (we joked about putting the drain in the sink, not your wallet.) Shortly after giving him the nod, he had the sink unplugged and explained the possible causes for the problem. He then described some preventitive measures to avoid having to call them in the future. In the end, the problem was solved and I had a better understanding of the inner workings of my plumbing. It was obvious that we not only shared the same first name, but also a commitment to stellar customer service. It's often difficult to find service companies with extraordinary service levels, but with their phone number now added to my emergency phone number list, I know that if I (or anyone I know) has a need for a plumber, AnTa Plumbing will be getting the call.

Jonathan Vieira from Anta Plumbing was able to diagnose what was causing the backups in our basement shower. He was professional and very detailed in all aspects of his job and we were very pleased with the services he provided. I would strongly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!

I had a blocked line due to debris coming in from an outside floor drain which ran into the house. After a rainstorm, everything backed up and I had water all over the basement floor. I looked up Anta plumbing and told them that I was leaving for the weekend in a few hours, and asked if I should cancel my trip. They assured me that their technician would be there right away, which he was. I was very impressed by Jonathan Vieira. Not only did he quickly remove the blockage, he was upfront and honest about all charges, and he gave me tips on how to prevent future blockages from happening again. Surprisingly, he even advised me how to fix the problem myself should it occur again. I will highly recommend this company and service to everyone I know for plumbing problems.

What started as a small issue with the shower hot water tape turned into a disaster in my old 1930's house. Jonathan was able to get the problem fix in hours including search time for parts to fit our older style fixtures. He dealt efficiently with the City to get our water main turned off and back on again. I would highly recommend Anta and especially Jonathan for his professionalism and personable approach to his work. What I thought was a disaster he made into a minor event. We had a major blockage in the kitchen sink.snaking wasn't enough to clear it! There's not enough space here to describe what a major problem this was. Let's just say Patrick cleared it and flushed out what appeared to be 50 years of grime and grease from our pipes!

I had a cracked drain line in my basement taking water from my A/C’s evaporator and my central humidifier into my floor drain. When I had my seasonal A/C servicing completed, they said they could not replace the drain line because it attached to the main floor drain under the concrete – they said a plumber would need to be called to dig out the problem line and replace / reseal it. It wasn’t an emergency, or a big job, but something I wanted to address before the A/C needed to run hard this summer.

When the A/C guy left on a Monday evening, I called AnTa expecting to get a voicemail. Not only did I reach a live person at close to 7:00PM, she reached Steve the estimator who came over within the hour!

Steve provided an estimate based on recommended work, and after he left I tested a couple things out that suggested our assumptions regarding what needed to be done might have been mistaken – perhaps this should have been caught initially, but these things happen. I called the office back that night, and Steve responded immediately and he came back the very next day to assess further, and we figured out exactly what did need to be done and what didn’t need to be done.

We arranged for the work to be done the next week, and Jonathan showed up exactly as scheduled, did the necessary work in the time that Steve figured it would take, and was courteous and professional. He cleaned the work space up well and said if there was any problem just to give them a call. I did actually call the office with a follow-up question and Jonathan responded within minutes.

AnTa’s professionalism and service is exemplary. Calls are returned immediately, not next day or worse, and when they say they are showing up, you’d best be ready because they will be right on time! Their prices aren’t necessarily the lowest, but the peace of mind knowing the job will be done right and on time is worth it.

We had a leakage of hot water in the laundry room. We had to fix it quickly to avoid flooding. We called at about 8am on Saturday morning and the specialist - Jonathan - came in a couple of hours. He was highly professional and polite. He checked the problem and explained what had to be done to fix it. Jonathan provided us with an estimate that did not exceed the final cost. We were impressed by prompt response and quality of service. Thank you!
