Despite the fact that our roof, fascia, eavestrough and downspouts seemed to be clear of debris and in good repair, water was leaking down between the eavestrough and the fascia every time it rained. Mr. Roof Repair's extremely detailed roof inspection soon revealed that our drip edge flashing didn't extend far enough over the eavestroughs to allow them to channel the water away from the walls of our house. We look forward to having Mr. Roof Repair solve this problem through the installation of some additional drip edge flashing.

Had Mr. Roof Repair assess the problems with my roof, eavestrough, gutter guards and downspouts. At first I was abit sceptical to pay for this service when other companies provide free estimates, however I'm impressed with their assessment and ideas to solve the problems - Very thorough and professional - will be hiring them to complete the work.

Contacted Mr Roof Repair through Home Stars. They were quickly on the ball; produced a full assessment of my entire roof and peripherals, plus a quote for the job at hand which I considered reasonable. The job was completed today by Dean - a one-man "team" to my complete satisfaction, and on time.

The report provided was fantastic—very thorough and explained everything that was wrong and we needed to do to fix it. They were also very honest as we had another company take a look and tell us our shingles needed fixing when we had only had them done a few years ago, whereas Mr Roof Repair.ca rated the singles 20/20. Recently need a roof assessment to repair my roof. Service was quick and easy. The report I received was beyond my expectation, very detailed with pictures and suggestions. The cost of the assessment was reasonable and can be deduct if I proceed with the repair, I like this.
They even fix temporary on the spot what was urgent without charges.

We had leaking roof so called Mr roof repair after checking out reviews online. They are very professional you have to pay for inspection but they do a thorough inspection with a comprehensive report and pictures and quote. The quote was reasonable and we proceeded with the work. They also recommend some other repairs like fixing the incorrect type of bathroom vent and sealing unfinished nails the builder left on roof cap. The work was done quickly and efficiently and a final report showed pictures of the completed work. Throughout the process impressed with the responsiveness and the automation email, scheduling tool etc. That made me able to get the job done around my schedule most from email...

I needed a new roof so I started researching what brand of singles I wanted, and which roofer was certified to install those shingles. I selected Mr Roof Repair because they are Certainteed Select Shinglemasters and Certainteed was the brand of shingles I chose. I got 2 other quotes, also from Select Shinglemasters, but I felt that Mr Roof Repair was quoting me for a well done roof, rather than just giving me the bare minimum to meet requirements. Certainteed offers a 50 year warranty on their shingles, not prorated like other manufacturers, but if you hire a Select Shinglemaster, you also get a 25 year warranty on workmanship.
There were a lot of questions I had about the process and the ventilation, and Patrick spent a lot of time answering my questions, as did the owner, Joe. When the owner spends a lot of time on the phone discussing issues of concern with a customer, and going the “extra mile” to make sure that the customer is happy, that speaks volumes about the company and their commitment to make their customers happy!
I am very happy with my roof, and feel that I was given the information to make an informed decision, thanks to Joe and Patrick.
The installers did a great job, they were very nice, answered any questions I asked, and did a great job cleaning up.

The gentleman arrived a few minutes before his scheduled time, we discussed the items we needed done and he immediately went to work. This was a full day's work--we did run into a small glitch-the ceiling fan he installed (I purchased) was defective, the lights didn't work. He tried to track the source of the problem, but since it was taking so much time, we decided it would be best for me to exchange that one for another. He installed that one and it was fine. Other than that setback, he worked quickly and efficiently and never stopped. Before moving to the next job, he would ask for clarity as needed and back to work he went. I think it was a little pricey, but I am very pleased with the services provided and would not only recommend the company but will use again in the future. Mike was friendly and professional; I give him 2 thumbs up!

I ordered a roof inspection report that I am going to submit with a litigation case for a new home purchase were the Sellers didn't disclose the severly damaged roof.
