I called Mr Roofrepair.ca because of it`s excellent reviews.Like other customer, I did not have any leaks or a problem whatsoever but wanted to do a tune up on my roof.

Arthur came and saw the condition of the roof and immediately recommended a roof replacement as it had 3 shingles. It was my first time on the roof as I bought the place a year ago and the home inspector just mentioned that I need to replace in 2-5 yrs.

I told Arthur that I will replace the roof soon so Arthur ended up just caulking some places which had me call Michael at the office to negotiate on the price.

I was not successful in lowering the price but the reason why I am giving a perfect 10 is because of the efficiency and the word they stand by.Michael responded to all of my inquires which shows that he not only wants to resolve the current issue but also wants your business in near future. This is very rare to find these days when you are especially calling the company to dispute on an issue.I was very amazed with the professionalism and world class customer service provided by Michael. I also like to mention that Arthur is a true, honest,knowledgeable,down to earth person who I am sure any employer will be proud and lucky to have.
