In reviewing the recorded conversation, it seems that there might have been some confusion. Our dispatcher was trying to explain that she would not have any control over the pricing, and that we would be able to send the technician back to your home at no charge to investigate. The technician would be more suited to determine whether or not the repair would be covered under warranty, or performed at a discounted rate.
Although the standard 60 day warranty for your service has expired, there are circumstances which would extend the warranty period. Unfortunately, our office staff would not be able to determine that over the phone. As always, we would be glad to send a technician at no charge to investigate your drainage issue.
