Matthew called ahead to confirm he would arrive in twenty minutes and was right on time. I have dealt with so many companies who give an eight hour window and are late. The repair was minor and repaired easily. We will use this company again for sure. Thanks a ten is warranted.

Pro Appliance is amazing! 10+ I asked for a late afternoon appointment, closer to 5pm and Matthew was on time, even a few minutes early! Friendly and competent - solved issues with washer and explained everything for a very reasonable price. They came the same day I called and I was very pleased with every aspect.

What a major relief when I got in touch with Pro Appliance. I tried another company on this site and it was a disaster. From my first call in to Pro to Mathew arriving , it was exceptional service. He was very professional , and solved the problem immediately. For Appliance repair , I would never choose anyone else. 10 out of 10 .
