Issues with drain in kitchen sink. Plumber responded to my request on homestars within 15 min of my request. Came after his fiinished his current job that he was on. He was clean and friendly and fixed problem.
Price was a bit high compared to other companies, but he was great so I can't really complain.

Called for a leaky kitchen faucet and got same day service. Andrew suggested we purchase a new faucet and had the old one replaced very quickly. Excellent workmanship, clean and attentive job. Thanks Andrew (and Alex)!

They removed the clog from the pipe and inspected with the camera the whole pipe to be sure that everything is clean and free of anyother possible obstructions.

Shower faucet cartridge broke. Not a DIY repair job. Called Mister Plumber as we have used them before on another small job. They were able to come within a few hours, which was fine as it was not an emergency. Repair was completed promptly and cleanly (within the time and budget estimated) and is working fine.

I wasn't able to water my front yard due to a cracked pipe that was located in the basement wall. I looked at the HomeStars site and noticed the positive reviews for Mr. Plumber so I decided to give them a call. I was glad that I did.

From start to finish Igor and his team delivered. Again, not the cheapest quote we obtained but the professionalism and follow through sold us. After a couple of severe thunderstorms we had water enter one end of our basement, above the level of the prior underpinning. I met Vlad about four years ago when we purchased a fixer upper in Toronto. Most everything in the house had to be replaced including the main stack and copper lines. We also gutted the old bathroom and added a second bathroom. Needless to say this was a major plumbing job and I contacted three plumbers for a quote. Vlad visited the site and provided the most competitive quote. Once the work began both Igor and Ivan provided professional service in a timely manner. Throughout the process Vlad provided his opinion and advice whenever requested. Vlad has continued to be a valued advisor with all plumbing matters including exterior waterproofing, backwater valve installation and a bathroom leak at a rental property. A small disaster which turned out to be a good discovery.... I was laying new laminate down in the basement laundry room, and discovered a sizable hole leading under the floor, seemingly caused by erosion. I poured concrete in there, and all seemed well until I went to use the laundry sink, which suddenly would not drain. Water welled up out of my fresh concrete. ARghgh!! So it turned out that hole contained a 100 year old open drain leading directly to the sewer, which the smaller laundry sink drainpipe drained into. At some point 60 years ago or whatever, there was a concrete shell attaching the smaller drainpipe to the larger one, but this concrete had crumbled away, largely into the drainpipe. So when we did laundry, some water would slosh out of the old drain and into the ground beneath the concrete floor, which explains the perma-damp. When I poured new concrete to fill up the floor hole, I just poured it down the old drain fer gods sake. To say I was unhappy is a huge understatement. So that's the back story.

This all happened late one evening. l logged onto Homestars (which has not failed me yet, as far as finding good service in Toronto -- 10 stars for Homestars!) and searched for a reasonably priced plumbing service that would fix this mess up as fast as possible. Mister Plumber took my call in the morning, and had someone out within just a couple of hours. It was all fixed by the end of the afternoon, The ancient drainpipe and my new concrete was removed, and a new pipe installed. The laundry sink was hooked back up and concrete installed over all. The plumber who came to fix it all up was Slava. He did a fine job and was polite and a hard worker.

I felt the overall price was a really good one for the amount of work done.

I'm glad I discovered there was an open drain. But I gotta say, pouring concrete down the drain as a way to discover that, was a gut wrenching experience.

Recently did home renovation. Called Mr.Plumber to do the work. Got free camera inspection of pipes. I had to do back water valve because previous owners had fluds happened often. Also installed Sump pump as back up.Work was done very fast and for reasonable amount. Some other estimates where through the roof.Almost double.
Very satisfied with service.
Tomorrow my friend will do the main water line with Mr.Plumber.
