When my undermount kitchen sink dropped affecting the drain as well I found The Great Plumbing Co on Homestars. Jef was quick to respond to my e-mail request and scheduling the appointment for a call out for quote was super easy on his website. He arrived on time, was professional, efficient and gave me options to work with at varying cost points. He impressed so much one small job turned into more, with a revamp of plumbing faucet needs in our main bathroom as well (shower/sink and toilet)! The work was scheduled for 2 business days later and completed on time and at budget. Jeff talked me through issues/concerns as he went and overall did a truly excellent job. Clean, efficient, professional yet friendly too. I will most certainly be recommending his company and using him for any future needs.

From start to finish Igor and his team delivered. Again, not the cheapest quote we obtained but the professionalism and follow through sold us. After a couple of severe thunderstorms we had water enter one end of our basement, above the level of the prior underpinning.
