Maximum Tree Care

This is our second time working with Maximum Tree Care.
We always obtain at least 3 quotes before proceeding with the business of our choosing. With regard to our tree care needs, we have chosen Maximum Tree Care each time as we have been thoroughly impressed by their extensive knowledge, professionalism, communication, integrity and timeliness, as well as most reasonable rates.
Peter and his team have removed several large trees for us, including ones in very close proximity to ours, and our neighbours homes without issue. Additionally, they have ground stumps, pruned trees, and have left wood and mulch for our home and garden needs as requested. Peter and his team really go above and beyond (they cleaned our gutters and fixed a downspout on our latest transaction). Our property is always left very clean and tidy after each job.
We are extremely pleased with Maximum Tree Care, Peter and everyone on their team. We highly recommend them; and will be using them for our future tree care needs.

We just had a spruce tree removed from a raised bed area at the front of my home. I was concerned with potential damage to surrounding scrubs and flowers. After discussion with Peter, he committed that his crew would be careful and that I did not need to take any steps to protect the surrounding plants. Tree is removed and no damage to surrounding plants. Maximum did a great job on tree and stump removal plus cleanup. Thanks Peter for a great job by your crew. I would recommend Maximum Tree Care to other potential customers.

Within 30 minutes of leaving a telephone message for Peter, he returned my call and confirmed that he would be available to start phase 1 of a 2 part project within the next 48 hours. Peter arrived on time, was pleasant, and knowledgable. He clearly has a passion for the environment and his work. Upon leaving Peter confirmed that he would phone me in 2 weeks time to schedule phase 2 of our project and, true to his word, 2 weeks later I received a phone call. Peter arrived the next day and completed the work. I highly recommend this company and commend Peter for his exceptional work and professionalism.

We are very impressed with this company. They exceeded our expectations. Our tree looks amazing. We could not have asked for a better result. We consulted with the arborist on what we wanted and he was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and helpful. The price was reasonable and the team was very hardworking and meticulous. All of the pruning cuts were done with precision and care. The result is truly a work of art and the clean up was neat and tidy. We are very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of excellent tree care service.

I would highly recommend this company for anyone requiring tree related work. I had Max provide me a quote via email, all I had to do was email the photos and provide details as to what I needed done. I found this to be a really convenient process as I am quite busy. I was more than happy with the quote I was given for the amount of work needed. I had 8 large Lilac's to be pruned along with 1 extremely large dying Birch tree to be removed. Max had his crew on site a few days after the quote to complete the work as promised. I went to work that morning and when I returned all the work was complete! It was like coming home to a newly landscaped yard!! Everything was done as requested with no debris left behind. Excellent service at a fantastic price, look no further!

I don't usually do these kind of reviews but, people need to hear this. I have a fairly old spruce tree in my yard that I felt became unsafe due to some serious wind damage. My young daughter loves playing in the yard and I became concerned about her safety. I found Maximum Tree Care online and decided to call them. I explained my situation and even though this company was busy, one of the employees came over that day to inspect it for me. Within a matter of a few hours a gentleman by the name of Peter showed up. He did a quick inspection of my spruce tree and determined that the tree was not as bad as I had previously thought. Knowing my concerns he took care of the tree immediately and pruned, and reshaped the tree. Not only does the tree look amazing but it is now 100% safe. The peace of mind that Peter gave my family is priceless. Thanks Maximum Tree Care!

I purchased a home that had an amazing yard filled with trees. The previous owners neglected them so badly and the yard needed major work. Maximum was quick, honest, knowledgable and did the job perfectly. Very happy with the work and the team

They were quick to respond to my email and were able to complete the work 2 days later. Peter was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job pruning our tree. We will use them again.

We found Max online and his reviews though few seemed to show that his work and business was worth hiring. He promptly came out for the site visit and I had a quote within a few days. The work was scheduled to be done about 4 days after the quote. Both the price quoted and the timeline were more than acceptable. This is however where the professional service ended. One of his guys Peter, came on site to do the small amount of pruning that had to be done. The weather didn't co-operate that day and he was forced to prune quickly and left without the work being completed or cleaned up. Not to mention the quality of the work was quite poor. Certain trees were missed and some that were pruned had broken branches. I received an invoice that night from Max to pay the invoice, so I emailed him back to let him know I was unhappy with the quality of the work and to ask about someone coming back. He sent the same guy out the next day to finish what he'd started, though again 3 x 25' aspens were left un pruned. When I called Peter he said that he didn't see them and that communication between him and Max had been lacking on this job due to another large job they were working on. It took a third site visit for Peter to come back in order to get the work done. It was finally completed nicely and correctly. But it took 3 phone calls on my end following up each time to get the work done. No one followed up during the job or after. Peter even commented on the phone that they were losing money on this job coming back a 3rd time. As a customer this is not my issue. The first excuse of it was raining and we had to rush is fine, as long a you come back to do the work right. Not worth the effort on the phone calls and savings, as they were cheaper than other companies. Should have known better when I got the quote.

Max and Robert did our tree shaping, their first service didn't shape the tree much, but I wanted the canopy smaller so there are more light go to the room; I called them, they tried their best to reshaped it, now it's in very good shape, good service.
