We just had a spruce tree removed from a raised bed area at the front of my home. I was concerned with potential damage to surrounding scrubs and flowers. After discussion with Peter, he committed that his crew would be careful and that I did not need to take any steps to protect the surrounding plants. Tree is removed and no damage to surrounding plants. Maximum did a great job on tree and stump removal plus cleanup. Thanks Peter for a great job by your crew. We were pleased with the way they handled their initial bid and follow-up prior to selecting them as the successful contractor. Once the contract was signed they arranged a meeting between their site manager and foreman reviewed the job scope in detail and informed us how they will handle trade traffic and ensure security of our home. Very professional. Once the job started all changes were handled via change orders and everything was agreed upon prior to work proceeding. Trades were professional and very conscious of ensuring the job site was kept clean. Work was done as per agreement and their were no surprises along the way. Overall we were satisfied with the work they did and feel the extra costs was worth it. Would recommend them to anyone.
