ROOF FANATICS INC.

Their work is very good. Price was fair and workmanship was great. Installed it 2 years ago and still very happy. They could have worked a little bit faster, but I rather they finish correctly than rush it to go to another job.

The Good:
They called us back. This may not seem like much, but after calling over ten companies, you would be surprised how common not calling back is.
Prompt and prepared and polite sales person.
Talked to my wife and I equally.
Explained everything and answered all our questions.
Provide a detailed breakdown of what we would get.
Did not ask for a deposit.
Cost about equivalent to industry standard.
When we booked them, sales person put temporary tarp on worst part of roof.
Made sure dumpster and supplies were neatly dropped off and not in way.
Workers were polite.
Workers cleaned up afterwards very well.
Roof no longer leaks.

The Bad:
Workers did not show on first day. Explanation was given.
Workers were late for real first day of work. No explanation given.
Incorrect number of vents installed. Workers had to come back and install more. No explanation given as to what happened.

My wife and I are quite satisfied with the work and professionalism provided by Titan Roofworks. Recent windstorms would have been a big concern but everything has held in place and the roof looks great.

Every stage and contact was handled professionally.
The roofers worked hard and did a very good job. So much so, my neighbours commented on both how hard they worked and how nice the roof looked.

Your roofing team was fantastic.They worked well togetherand performed excellent quality work. We are very pleased the roof looks great. They cleaned up very well another prson came back a few days later to inspect and look for any nails. We gave you name to folks on another street and you did their semi as well

I was referred to Titans by a friend who had them replace his roof and I have to say, I was impressed from the start. Shawn came out and showed up some samples, gave us some advice, and in a few days, we had a quote. There was no hesitation in having them do the work as you get a feeling of when you can trust someone, and Shawn was great all the way through. His guys came out a few weeks later and busted their butts doing the roof. No complaints whatsoever. They guys cleaned up after themselves, and I didn't find any nails laying around at all. The roof looks amazing, and love the fact that there's a lifetime warranty that comes with it. Thanks Shawn and team for a great job!! Awesome!!

I contacted a few roofing companies before choosing Titans. They were also referred by a friend of mine.
Don came out exactly on the day and time that he was scheduled for, and couldn't have been more professional and honest.

Communication with Titans was great as well from the time i committed with them, to the time shingles were dropped off and the job completed. These guys are all pros from beginning to end. The roofing crew was very respectful and hard working.

They left the job site unbelievably clean afterward too.

Titans did an excellent and professional job, they were a very well organized and synchronized team. They were always on time from the Quote to the completion of the work.

Communication was good, responses were quick and thorough. The job was done very efficiently and the employees were good and thorough, and took time to make the job right. Very courteous, explained what and why when asked and explained thoroughly if there was any little deviation from the plan as first thought, but ended up doing the job with minimal disruption and mess. Thoroughly cleaned the area afterwards.

Had our roof replaced with Titan's. I would highly recommend their services as I think they are some of the best in their business. Their commitment to do a proper job seems to shine through and I think they are quite unique in offering lifetime warranty for their job. Shawn, office staff and site staff are all very friendly and polite and they keep a very neat site while they are working and after they are done. Could have communicated better when they left site, when they were expecting to come back. They gave us a very reasonable discount for joining up with neighbours.
