A friend of mine had her roof done last year by Titan Roofworks and said she was very happy so I phoned Shawn Lowe for an estimate.

From start to finish Shawn was extremely professional. He returned my calls quickly and was great to talk to on the phone. I don't know a lot about roofs and my husband wasn't available to speak to Shawn, so Shawn took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure I understood exactly what was going to be done.

On the day of installation, his crew arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. They left the area outside of my house cleaner than when they arrived! I'm telling the truth! They were great! The guys were very polite and answered any questions I had. The roof looks amazing!

My husband and I are very pleased with the level of service we received starting with the first phone call with Shawn right down to Shawn's crew putting in the last nail. I would recommend Titan to anyone who is looking to have work done on their roof!

We did not know Shawn Lowe, of TITANS ROOF WORKS, Mississauga, and GTA, until we requested a quote to re-new the shingles on the roof of our home. His quote was one of three, and not the cheapest. However, he attended and produced a complete detailed survey. He was the only vendor to point out that we did not have enough vents, according to code. His presentation and demeanour were absolutely the most professional, dynamic, and impressive of everyone. The team showed up on time the first day, and on time every day thereafter.
They were all pleasant individuals, who cleared up at the end of each day. They worked quietely and only stopped for a short time each day for refreshments. On the final day there were no empty bags or nails or anything which would have betrayed their attendance, except for an exceptionally bright new roof.
Recommend this company ? Anyone would be foolish NOT to use them !

Shawn and the crew did a great job on the roof, from the quote to the cleanup, it was first rate. I did my research and had 4 companies bid for the job, Shawn impressed me the most and I gave him the okay the next day. It has rained quite a bit in the last 3 weeks since the job was done and there are no leaks, nor complaints. Thanx Titan and try to text Shawn, he likes to work out his thumbs lol.

Shawn always shown his professionalism in every aspects in the roofing industry. After talking with him, you will just like attending a free seminar about "Roofing". He will give you honest and best advises. I think the most important thing is that, he will follow all the building codes and using good quality roofing materials - "Synthetic Underlay" entire roof deck etc...etc. Don't ever let the cheapest price quotations fool you, they are just cutting corners to make the prices look good, but Shawn stayed firm to his principle - "Honesty is the Best Policy".

Every little thing will make a big different in a long run. I show you one good example how Titans is far more superior than the other competitors - Every single opened nail (without shingles cover) they will use silicon to seal it in order to prevent water getting into the roof. Is that amazing? That is how they put their hearts in your roof and also that is why Titans earned an A+ rating in the Better Business Bureau.

I just want to say THANKS!! to Shawn Lowe and his amazing crew. His team did an impecable job on our roof. I am a very picky person and I was amazed how beautiful it came out. I am very satisfied!!!

He took time out of his busy schedule to show us some houses with the IKO shingles we were interested in. He even came to our house in the evening to show us some samples before he took us out to see the houses. Now that is customer service at it's best!!! He is a very pleasent individual.

I also got a few other quotes and they did'nt even come close to his quote. With the materials he used for the job, I was more then satisfied with the cost. And more impotantly, how it looks.

Some other companies didn't even mention some of the materials that he was using. I think that the other companies were low balling us and trying to rip us off. They just gave us a quote and that was it. Didn't expalin anything to us. Shawn was very detailed on the products he was using and he even showed us what the proper procedure is when installing a roof.
