When a roofing job calls for a large scope of work, roof venting etc., materials and procedures can drive a price upward, but in the long run your new roof will last twice its expectancy of a basic one. And yes, to save the additional cost on repairing the dipping structure, a ROOFING CONSULTANT may determine the lifespan of your new roof and help you determine whether to spend now, or down the road, as the dipping was not a major concern at the time. We too, are a growing business and have salesman (ROOFING CONSULTANTS), although I enjoy being out in the field with customers, I am behind each and every project overlooking to satisfy all our customers.

Hello Carlos, thank you for the Homestars review and understanding things don't always go smoothly. I will have you know we do have multiple projects happening at all times, but once a project has begun, our interests are with you 100% until completion. Titans will put full blame towards our supplier as they short shipped us quantity of material for your job, and had to be put off over the weekend as they're closed. At our first opportunity the following Monday, we arrived with the missing materials to complete your new roof and retrieve our dumpster trailer, I'm glad to hear you're happy with the job we did. Finally, I do apologize as your warranty had a technical glitch between our system and CertainTeed's, a rare occurrence, we will fix.
