All I can say is that Shawn, owner of Titans, must be extremely proud of the crew that installed my new roof and topped up my attic insulation. While they are both fast and efficient, they do an excellent detailed job from start to finish. At the same time they are very polite, personable and professional. A GREAT CREW.

Titans whole organization, at least to the extent of my exposure is a very professional and well managed company. When you couple that with their field staff as well as Nicole in the office who organizes the flow of the projects, you’ve definitely got a true winner.

Very impressed! A pleasant surprise from other contractors we've used. Shawn was very thorough in his explanation of the process and at no time was there ever any hard sell. The friendly customer service staff were very quick to respond to our questions and just as quick to relay any changes. The roofers arrived as scheduled and cleaned up our property each night. Even the disposal bin was picked up shortly after the roofers had finished. We're very pleased with how great the new shingles look and our neighbour was so impressed she's already booked with Titans as well. We really appreciated that everyone we had contact with was knowledgeable, friendly and obviously cares about the company. We would definitely recommend Titans!

Overall, my experience with Titans was great. The bin and materials arrived at the correct time and the crew arrived first thing in the morning as expected. I appreciated that they did not arrive too early. All the workers were pleasant.

We had a positive experience with Titans Roofworks. The roofers were hard-working, and worked hard to get the job done on time, and efficiently. The owner, Shawn, made sure we were happy with everything, and even made a point of letting us know that he was there to fix anything that wasn't just right. Would recommend them again and again.

My experience was great! Don was the best. He answered a ton of questions I had, even exchanging emails at 10pm. He advised on my ventilation concerns. Even advised against something that would cost MORE money. Unheard of in the home repair business. I even asked them to take care of some squirrel damage from a previous time. They took care of that no problem, as a courtesy. I'm really happy with the results, I'm glad I chose Titans.

The customer service department staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The workers did a great job setting up, and cleaning up, quickly. The job was completed in the promised timeline. The roof looks great. I would recommend them to friends and family.
