Swat Wildlife and Insulation

I called SWAT in February because we saw flying bats inside the house, the company sent Derick to our place to do an inspection. He suggested we have to wait when it's warm enough, thus they could do the caulking job properly.
I called again in April, they arranged an appointment for the next day and I met Derick again. Derick and his colleague did the job very carefully and efficiently. Overall I am very happy with Their service.
Their price is very competitive. Derick was an easy going guy to work with and his gave me discount. Also, he deducted the inspection fee from the total charge which made me even happier!
Recommend this company to anyone having wild animal issues. They are professional and their work worth your money.

Called SWAT and Josh came by within 1.5 hours. Very knowledgeable and friendly and got rid of the raccoon issue right away and sealed the entry point. Also did a thorough check in the house to see if there were any other points of entry. Will definitely recommend and come back as repeat customer if any other issues come up in the future!

I called SWAT Wildlife late Thursday night because we discovered a racoon problem under our roof deck. I talked to Josh; it was apparent very quickly he was extremely knowledgeable. We booked an appointment for the next day. He was courteous, professional and thorough with his explanations. The price charged for the work performed I considered to be very fair. If I ever had an animal problem again I would definitely call SWAT Wildlife.

I could not give a stronger recommendation for the team at SWAT wildlife. It is not just that they take care of any issues you have but more how they do it and the way they do it. We had a pretty tricky issue with baby raccoon's in our roof and Derek and Josh were there whenever we needed them to solve the problem. They are very sharp, personable, trustworthy and know what they are doing. The expression "go the extra mile" applies to their work effort. Hopefully you never have any issues but if you do definitely call the SWAT wildlife.

I called SWAT Wildlife thinking I might have squirrels or mice in the attic. Josh was able to assess our home by checking the roof and attic and reassured me that we only have mice issues. His service was prompt, courteous, and honest. Proper treatment for mice was implemented with safety in mind for our pets and family. Thanks.

I called Swat Wild Life about two weeks ago because I thought I might have a squirrel getting into my attic. Derick arrived right at 8:00 A.M. inspected my attic and found two possible entry points. He installed a one way door and closed off the two entry points. He was very professional and gave me some good advice. I have not heard any noise since Dericks visit and would recommend this company to anyone.

We heard noise at our attic and suspected it was squirrel. Derek arrived on time as scheduled, inspected the roof and find no entry point, he went into the attic and identify mild mice problem. He inspected the rest of the house as well and installed baits everywhere. No further noise was noticed. The work was done professionally at the cost of the original squirrel inspection.

Was pretty nervous discovering I had a rat problem in my basement... rather than just littering the property with poison (as another company recommended), SWAT had the logical approach - stop them from getting in or returning, and trap the ones that don't want to leave.
