Derick was terrific! He explained everything he found inside and outside regarding entry points and potential issues in the future. He was thorough, friendly and made the experience pleasant considering we were dealing with a problem! I would highly recommend SWAT to any of my friends or neighbours and I would tell them to cross their fingers that Derick will be sent to help them out too!
