Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Recently we developed a mouse problem, which quickly turned into an even bigger mouse problem. After spending a fortune on bait stations and traps over several weeks, I finally admitted defeated and called in SWAT Wildlife to deal with both the mice and the raccoons that had made themselves at home in our chimney over the winter.

SWAT was able to send someone out to to tackle both problems within two days of receiving my initial email. Josh arrived right on time, explained everything very clearly, offered me options, and then set to work. He was pleasant, professional, and an excellent communicator. Thanks, Josh! This is the second time SWAT has come to the rescue and I won't hesitate to call them again if another problem arises.

We could hear that we had a family of raccoons living in our chimney. They were scratching at the walls so loudly it sounded like they were going to bust through into the kitchen! We had to call specialists and SWAT Wildlife came recommended by others in my neighbourhood. Josh was able to come inspect the problem and assess all possible entry points in the house and covered all vulnerable spots and placed a 2-way door for the critters to leave and never come back. He was super informative and I felt completely reassured that the problem is solved!

The job was assessed first, he looked in the attic to see what kind of animal was present and then secured and covered my faucets in the eaves trough. He figured out exactly what the problem was and fixed it. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and he also uncovered another situation which are greatful for , so we can now address it and prevent further damage and money. Endre is extremely knowledgeable and located the babies (we had to cut open the dry wall in the bed room because the babies were deeply inside and impossible to approach from roof top entry point OR the attic) with precision of half inch  !!! The one-way door Endre installed was so robust we saw the mother tried to get back in for a good 5 minutes before finally giving up – also approved that Endre secured ALL the weak points (there are seven of them!!) – The mother eventually took all FIVE babies to a different house about half block down the street. We’re very satisfied with Endre’s work and had multiple neighbors asking for Endre’s business card  !!

Josh came to check out the raccoon problem. He was finished in about an hour and explained the whole process. He was very professional and skilled - very relieved customer.

Called them on Friday morning they showed up on Saturday morning and got the job done in less that an hour! They fixed all the weak possible points of entry of Raccoons as well. professional with reasonable price!

Another discount on the follow up work would help our budget and provide an incentive for the follow up recommendation

Josh was very professional and explained the process step by step. He offered advice for preventative maintenance, and we also learned a bit about the habits of our wildlife friends - the raccoon. The base price was reasonable; actually much lower than other quotes we received - and the service was next day. We did opt for some additional measures so that I would not have a repeat performance next season. I'd like to also note that when I called in to book the appt, the person who answered the phone took the time to answer all my questions and to assure me that this is a common occurrence at this time of year and the removal would be handled humanely and professionally. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company.
