We bought an older home which needed some upgrade to the ac system and maintenance on the furnace and radiators. Contacted a number of contractors - we picked CCM as they were professional, from the time they answered the phone to the final presentation of the invoice to us. They always arrived on time and completed the work as cleanly as possible.

Peter and Jason removed an old AC system from the house and installed 2 new ductless systems on the 2 floors. They also moved a radiator, and performed some maintenance work on the heating system.

Great guys to deal with - we would recommend them anytime to our friends and relatives.

Hot day and no air conditioning. Called the guys and they managed to finish early from one of their service calls and fit me in the same afternoon. Arrived, found the problem and corrected it. This is my first service call with Climate Change Mechanical and I will most definately call them again. They were quick, courteous, honest, and informative.

Recently had to service my air conditioner unit as it was working improperly. The service was prompt and went exceptionally well. I am very please with this company as I would reccommed to everyone I know.

Peter and Jason were great at getting back to me and quoting a rate to move our existing Central AC and furnace, hot water heater exhaust to a different location to accommodate our new expanded deck. The quote was exactly what they originally quote. They should up on time and the work was performed as promised. They had suggested to vent the hot water heater and the furnace exhaust on the side of the house and not extend the pipes behind the house with the AC. This made a lot of sense to us as the exhaust would be an eye sour sticking out of our new decks skirting. Jason and Peter were great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for any HVAC work around their home.

It was the coldest night of January and our newborn was already in bed when we realized that the house was getting colder by the minute ... our furnace had stopped working.

In a panic, I called CCM expecting to leave a message, when Jason actually picked up the phone. He walked me through checking over the furnace and showed me how to re-set the dodgy igniter and run the furnace until he could show up with a replacement igniter the next morning.

Not only did he keep us warm that night, but was there the very next day, bright and early, with a new igniter.

He also fixed a few questionable configurations made by the home builder to improve the efficiency of the furnace.

Professionalism and Customer Service at its very best.

They not only told me what the issues were, but explained what needed to be fixed and how I could prevent it in the future. Their quotes came in at a good price compared to the others that I had received. They performed a great job and I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.

I am a new homeowner who needed both my A/C and furnace replaced. Jason and Peter took the stress and headache out of what might have otherwise been a daunting experience for a first-time homeowner. They delivered efficient friendly service and sound quoting. I will continue to recommend CCM to family and friends.

This review is a little tardy. We had our fireplace insert put in the first week of March. CCM was excellent. There was no big mess to clean up. The fireplace is working nicely, we had a problem with size and they solved this problem without too much hardship to us. The frame did not arrive until the following week, but they came back on the date stated and installed that without taking too much time. We are very happy with their service and would call them again without hesitation.

I had arranged with another company to have my furnace cleaned and when they arrived, they immediately started talking about extra charges due to it's age. They hadn't even looked inside it yet!

I found CCM on Homestars. It is a new company that just started up last year. Jason gave me a quote for cleaning my old furnace on the telephone. He arrived on time, did an extremely thorough cleaning job and carefully checked it both during and afterwards for any potential problems or safety concerns. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and his charge was exactly as quoted. This pleasant young man was a pleasure to deal with and I hope he and his partner do extremely well in their new endeavor.
