Needed a furnace repair. The 1st contractor delayed returning my call, did not come at the arranged time, could not be reached to confirm the arrival. Jason called back when he said he would. Came with Peter at the arranged time. Identified the problem, checked for more issues, did not find any, went away to purchase the right parts, returned at the arranged time (meeting my time constraints) and fixed the problem.

I had an issue with the lack of airflow to a bedroom over the garage so I call CCM. Peter and his co-worker really showed their dedication because this problem was hard to identify. Eventually, they figured out how to solve this problem and now everything is great. In addition, they discovered that our new furnace wasn't vented outside (laziness on the part of the installing company) and I had them fix that as well. Lastly, they also noticed that the new exhaust for the furnace was leaking (very dangerous) and fixed that as well. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I'll be calling them when I'm ready for the tankless water heater.

I was so pleased with the professionalism and curtsy I received from both gentlemen from CCM. I am a new homeowner and have lots of questions. They answered every one in detail. They took the time to ensure everything I needed was done and every question was answered. I had questions about my gas stove, questions about installing a gas fireplace, about my current duct work, heat exchange units and humidity in my home, my furnace and the noise it made, my AC unit... all were answered PLUS they inspected/tested my gas furnace and performed routine maintenance.

As a woman and a new homeowner -I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of and that's something that is unfortunately too common. Jason and Peter were prompt, professional, and provided good advice on work to be done. They offered options, listened to what we wanted, they were confident in their abilities and answered all our questions. Not many contractors do that these days. They successfully completed the task sooner than the expected time frame and cleaned up after their work. They both had great attitudes and really cared about the work being performed. Jason even helped take care of a small job that needed attention and was willing to help right on the spot. I would highly recommend CCM to friends and would hire them again in the future!

We had a fairly new air conditioner and the fan decided not to work. Jason came to check out the problem, got us a new fan and re-installed it all within a day!!! How efficient is that!

I selected CCM partially on the basis of the great reviews on this site although I must admit that the uniformly high ratings seemed a bit too good to be true. I am happy to say that my experience was excellent. Jason and Peter did exactly what they explained they would do, within the time parameters promised, and at the price agreed upon – all in a polite, professional manner. With the coming heat wave (first of the summer) we finally decided that we needed to figure out what was wrong with our air conditioner. It was only our second summer in our house and living near the lake up until this point the breeze had cooled us down at night. A friend told me about homestars and I went on to try and find someone who might be able to help. We were impressed by the reviews that CCM received and decided to give them a call. They returned our call promptly and came over to check it out. They explained that there was a leak in our A/C and the exact process that would need to be done to fix it. They even took the time to explain it to me on the phone as I was still at work. They provided us with a quote and then when they were finished provided us with a detailed account of what they had done and the pricing. They were incredibly polite and well informed which was much appreciated. We would gladly recommend them to our friends.

CCM moved and installed a new furnace, reconnected the AC and moved the cold air return, which allowed me to renovate my basement bathroom in the way I had planned. It was a job that not many contractors wanted; but they guys did it quickly, properly, cleanly and cheaper than almost anyone. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier installed. Jason and Peter recommended the high efficiency models and told us about the $1,200.00 in government grants we would receive. They even set up the home energy audit for us. They started the job right away and finished within the day. These guys are two of the most honest and reliable people I have ever hired and it was a pleasure to have worked with them. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.
