They might be a bit pricey but they are well worth it. Their customer service is excellent and they stand behind their work. It took a few visits to solve the mice problem but there was never a problem getting in touch with them (calls are returned promptly even on weekends) and getting return visits. The staff is friendly and professional.

I had a significant bed bug infestation and it was a challenging job, but Jack stuck with it until the problem was resolved. Jack stands by his word that his work is 100% guaranteed with no extra charges. Thank you Jack for going above and beyond and for your commitment to solving the problem!

I was told I had bedbug bites. Jack examined my home and with his expertise I was able to rule out bedbugs as a cause of my red welts. The cost to fumigate would have been extensive in time and hard cash and Jack's honest and professional advice got me off bedbugs and out again looking for the right solution (which I found). Thanks Jack for your honest, experience and professionalism.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Listen to the advice of experience. Don't jump to conclusions. Don't strip your bed and suitcase BEFORE you call the pest control guy. This just destroys the evidence and makes it harder to diagose. Go through them with him. Perhaps it is not as bad as you think (hard to believe I know).
