Thank you Markham Garage Doors for the installation of a new garage opener by LiftMaster. Our journey began with several conversations with the Markham Garage Doors staff, including Chris, Frieda and Louis. As this is our first time replacing the garage opener, all the staff members treated us with respect and patience. We initially wanted to repair the garage opener, but because of its age, we sought advice to repair or to replace. Throughout the multiple conversations, honest expert advice was provided and there was not a moment of pressure to buy or upsell. In the end, we decided on a new unit because of the belt drive, quiet performance, lifetime warranty, and the WIFI capability of the LifeMaster garage opener. Gustavo was our installer and he called prior to arrival, worked efficiently and professionally to take down the old unit and replaced with the new unit. After his work, he taught us how to maintain the unit and showed us the lubricant that should be used. Lastly, he examined the other parts of our garage, including the door, hinges and spring, to ensure a good working condition, and lubricated the parts. We were also interested in the capping and he got us a quote right away from Louis. All in all, we would recommend Markham Garage Doors to our family and friends because of their values, quality work and client-centric service!
