Fast service, and great experience! - Second time using reliable, Dave actually came on Canada Day after my AC wasn't working in the intense heat (the day after I called). Minor issue with A/C and was corrected. Honest, friendly company. Will definitely be using them when my 15 year a/c finally stops working. Thanks Dave!.

My a/c was leaking in my basement, soaking the rugs. So I shut it off and called reliable. David called me back promptly and squeezed me in first thing in the morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and also showed me how to fix it again should it happen. He also showed me areas of concern in my unit and we talked about options. He was very friendly and informative. I would definitely call them for all my a/c and furnace maintenance and recommend them.

This reveiw is long overdue, but in short, fantastic service. Rob was fantastic -- accomodated my schedule, and had my furnace up and running, with full motor replacement. Highly recommend!

Reliable came into my home to take a look at my air conditioner that wasn't functioning properly. My AC unit was very old (probably over 20 yrs). Anyways, the contractor came in and was able to diagnose my problem in only a few minutes. I was out of freon and probably had a leak. Dave (the contractor) was very honest with me and told me he could fix it for probably $1000 but that wouldn't guarantee that it would last... I thought my better option was to just buy a new air conditioner so save myself future hassels. Dave was able to have a new air conditioner installed the very next day.
Now, that being said... these guys were very knowledgable, personable and easy to talk to. They did an outstanding job taking the old unit out, running new pipes and electrical. They also had to take a part of my furnace apart and replace the old type of coil with the new type. They did all this in only a few hours, the job looks great and very clean.
Bottom line... these guys know what they are doing, they do a great job and they do it all for a good price.

My hot water heater stopped working, and after several days of trying to find a responsive service company (i.e. one that actually call you back) I was lucky enough to come across Reliable. Not only did they respond right away, but they were able to solve my problem over the phone and didn't charge me for their help. The technician, Dave Moore, was delightful. I had been expecting the hassle and expense of a new water heater. Instead, my issue was resolved in a few minutes and at no charge. This sort of honesty and customer service is uncommon and I would highly recommend them.

My calls and emails were attended promptly in a professional manner. We scheduled a visit for A/C Maintenance.

Rob arrived on time as agreed upon and conducted a detailed inspection. He checked the coolant levels and AC performance. He was very informative and didn’t mind being asked lots of questions.

We thought we would test out our A/C before the summer heat started and realized that our A/C's fan wasn't working. Emailed Rob and he was quick to set a time to come check it out and had it fixed the very next day! This was our very first service call. Excellent service. Rob is very reliable. When he says something will be fixed by a certain time...it is!

Our furnace stopped heating, and I called 2 different HVAC companies. 1 of them didn't return my call. Reliable not only took my call, but also sent someone the same day! Darryl took my call, asked me to email details and soon after I got a call from Dave to schedule an appointment for the same day. I was impressed with the 1-hour visit window, unlike the 3-4 hour window I've usually been given for service calls. Dave showed up within that 1-hour window. He was both friendly and professional, and took his time ensuring he was making the right diagnosis. It turned out to be a problem with the thermostat, which he fixed. The heat is now working again, hurray! I would not hesitate to call Reliable again for any future problems with the HVAC system or for installation of a new system.
