I purchased my hood vent on-line at KitchenHoods.ca last year. The quality of the build is solid with a great choice. This is no IKEA or Home Depot kit it is the real deal. Delivery was very fast, reliable and right to my door. The reason I am writing a review now, in the past month we had a number of power surges in my condo. I contacted KitchenHood and despite the fact it was over a year since my purchase, they called back within an hour went through a number of troubleshooting possibilities and still sent at no cost replacement parts. I installed them and have my great hood vent back in operation. Thanks Vlad, just great service! Love these guys Stephen
