Our only regret was waiting so long to have this work done. Pamela from California Closets was exceptional and we had design options and pricing within the hour. The install was 1 week later, on time and Conrad was great. I think we felt that CC was going to be over the top expense, the reality is you get a great product, custom (and we blew out our space by 40%), and a great install. Love our new closet and the work by Pamela and CC.

I am going to complement Chris not only on the work but the professionalism. The work was very well done and undertaken with care and a great crew who very courteous, on-time, respectful and did great work. I am writing this review for the professionalism of Chris, we had an issue with a set of blinds that were taken down and covered but we had a paint spill on the blinds. They were not inexpensive and the cost to replace was $3,000. A hefty hit to take, but Chris stepped up and made things right. That is why I would never hesitate to recommend or use Platinum. Trust and respect that is what I have for Chris. Stephen

I purchased my hood vent on-line at KitchenHoods.ca last year. The quality of the build is solid with a great choice. This is no IKEA or Home Depot kit it is the real deal. Delivery was very fast, reliable and right to my door. The reason I am writing a review now, in the past month we had a number of power surges in my condo. I contacted KitchenHood and despite the fact it was over a year since my purchase, they called back within an hour went through a number of troubleshooting possibilities and still sent at no cost replacement parts. I had Pete provide a quote for a bthroom remodel in Sept. 2013. A quick turnaround on the quote and a difficult job but on budget. This was a floor to ceiling marble install with spray-jets, rain shower and a new glass doors. The finished product is exceptional. It simply looks beautiful. I am not sure Pete made any money on this but a true professioanl finishes what was started and Pete is a professional. We hope to have him back to renovate the master bath. Stephen & Natasha

Lava Azul carries a natural seam in the marble and we asked for the flow and seam to carry from the floor through the top to look like a flowing river and water fall. Wow! What a great contractor! From Tyson, Kevin and Neil on-site all day to get it perfect (and always polite, professional and they clean-up), to Sandra and Amanda (in the office) and Walter (in the shop). If I could give an 11 or 12 star I would. Second time I have used granite guys. On time 9:02 am, on budget and they worked what may have been a major issue and performed exceptionally.
