I was so impressed with how professional the company is. Michael came so quickly to my home. I called to book an appointment and he happened to be nearby and in between appointments, so his son squeezed me in and in less than 30 minutes he was at my door. He comes in and puts on shoe covers to keep your floors clean and he wore gloves and a mask. In minutes he fixed a leak under my kitchen sink, he removed an old faucet head that had been jammed for weeks in minutes and went out to his truck to find a new one for me which has been a huge improvement and I only had to pay for the part. No more water spraying all over my counters/walls and floors. He was so honest in assessing what needed to be done, there have been no leaks since and he saved me a lot of money by helping me find a do it yourself solution to unclogging my kitchen sink which didn't require using the "snake" or a very extensive procedure. The flat rate fee to come out and assess the problem was so fair and reasonable( $35) compared to what other plumbers may charge to walk in the door. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received and if you want someone honest and extremely professional/capable, you are in the right place!
