I have request BBB to strongly act on this business. I did not choose them to service my appliance, but they were referred by my extended warranty company. Call placed 2 months back for my appliance and technician showed up after a week of complaints. Technician did not even stay for 5 minutes - walked into house, opened the refrigerator and told me, I need new compressor and parts. He will order and later they would repair. Two weeks past, but no news. Called them numerous time and they have plenty of story to tell. First - your extended warranty is just approved, your parts been just ordered, your parts are on back order, Oh, your parts here. After 2 weeks of numerous call, another technician came with (supposedly with parts) - this time technician look at the refrigerator and tells me that parts that were ordered are of no use, your issue is different and I will have to order another parts. After technician left, called the office again - and surprisingly she is still telling me the same story of parts on back order from last technician visit. She simply doesn't have any clue on what is going on. When I told her that another technician was here yesterday and he told me that another parts are to be ordered - she was like.. oh ... I see... that parts are ordered. When I asked her the part numbers, she didn't have that information. She says - only technicians know the part number - either she thinks I am fool or she is high on the duty ! But even after didn't knowing the part number, she knew that part is coming in on the exact date. I guess by now you would have known, they run circus and not the business. It is summer and I am without working refrigerator for more than a month now. I would not give them a single star and strongly request BBB to act on this business malpractice.
