GE Washer / Dryer

My appliance is still under warranty. It is a one-unit washer / dryer.
The dryer stopped working in the middle of a cycle on February 21st.
I called on February 22nd, and technicians were scheduled to take a look on March 1st.
The individual who looked at it said it needed a part which was ordered. On March 11th, the technician returned and discovered that the wrong part was ordered. He would order the correct one.
Today, March 22nd, two technicians arrived. The part they brought wasn't working, so they didn't know if it was indeed the correct part. Perhaps the part should have been tested first?
It is now two months since this situation started. While I understand that it takes time for parts to be ordered and delivered, I don't understand why this is proving to be so difficut to diagnose and solve.
Yes, it is a bit of a nuisance hanging my clothes to dry, but there seem to be no solutions being suggested that will fix the dryer.
The techniciians were professional enough, and it may be premature to review the service, but my evaluation is based on the solution thus far. There has been no solution.

Dishwasher Delivery

Took entire day off work. They woke me up at 8am to tell me delivery at 1030am. I reserved my elevator at 1030 but the delivery showed up at 9:55am. He didn't wait until i answered my phone. I wasted my entire day off.

Very rude delivery man, Ahmad. Gave le lots is attitude over the phone. My building was not able to even accept him beforw 1030am since my elevator was not reserved. He told us within 10 minutes he returned our dishwasher back to the warehouse so he cant come deliver it again.

Horrible !!!!

Trans Global Service

What a terrible company. I bought an extended warranty for my washing machine with CAS. A technician came out on November 14 to diagnose my leaking washing machine. The technician said it was the pump and it would take a week to get the parts. I called a week later and got no information about the part. I then called again the next week and the person I spoke to said he would email the parts department and it would take 3-5 days to hear something. That was on November 27 and I still havent heard anything. I also called CAS where I bought the extended warranty and they did nothing help me. I found out that the didnt order the part until November 24, 10 days after they diagnosed it. It is now December 11 and I still havent heard anything about the part. Do not deal with this company if you want your appliance fixed.

Fridge Repairs - Door Adjustment

I requested for a fridge technician to adjust our fridge door and chicken our gaskets which we installed ourselves. When the technician arrived, he said he does not adjust fridge doors though he did admit it required an adjustment. We asked TransGlobal to send another technician and they now say they dont do door adjustments so we want a refund. no response yet!

If you have a choice, use another service.

While individually, the customer service representatives at TransGlobal are pleasant and superficially helpful, the actual service they provide is less than abysmal. I have been waiting months for a gas range repair. A serviceperson has been to the home twice. They have ordered extra parts twice. The new parts they ordered are sitting on my desk - today I was told that the next possible service date is over 3 weeks away. This is months without a workable oven that is under warranty.
They will respond perhaps that they can't be responsible for service delays due to parts, or due to the manufacturer, or due to the warranty company. These are poor excuses for service that is inattentive, dismissive, uninvolved, sloppy and of poor value, poor quality and not professional. If I had a choice I would ask anyone else.

Worst Company Ever

I have request BBB to strongly act on this business. I did not choose them to service my appliance, but they were referred by my extended warranty company. Call placed 2 months back for my appliance and technician showed up after a week of complaints. Technician did not even stay for 5 minutes - walked into house, opened the refrigerator and told me, I need new compressor and parts. He will order and later they would repair. Two weeks past, but no news. Called them numerous time and they have plenty of story to tell. First - your extended warranty is just approved, your parts been just ordered, your parts are on back order, Oh, your parts here. After 2 weeks of numerous call, another technician came with (supposedly with parts) - this time technician look at the refrigerator and tells me that parts that were ordered are of no use, your issue is different and I will have to order another parts. After technician left, called the office again - and surprisingly she is still telling me the same story of parts on back order from last technician visit. She simply doesn't have any clue on what is going on. When I told her that another technician was here yesterday and he told me that another parts are to be ordered - she was like.. oh ... I see... that parts are ordered. When I asked her the part numbers, she didn't have that information. She says - only technicians know the part number - either she thinks I am fool or she is high on the duty ! But even after didn't knowing the part number, she knew that part is coming in on the exact date. I guess by now you would have known, they run circus and not the business. It is summer and I am without working refrigerator for more than a month now. I would not give them a single star and strongly request BBB to act on this business malpractice.

14 year Old Maytag Dryer Fixed

Almost gave up on my 14 year old dryer. Was ready to purchase a new washer and dryer set for $2400. Had Trans global came out to give me an estimate. Tech Desmond was right on with what was wrong and gave me a quote.
After parts were ordered, a week later Desmond returned and made the repairs. Estimate was the same on the final bill. Dryer should last another 4 or more years.
Thanks Desmond from Trans Global for the Great and professional job.

FRIDGE REPAIR- FINALLY A RAY OF HOPE(Oneiko)

We have a Jennair inbuilt fridge that has only given us issues from the get go.
But after having Oneiko from tansglobal come in to fix the lights in no time left us with some hope that there are technicians who still know their job HANDS DOWN THE BEST TECHNICIAN- ONEIKO
5 star service , extremely polite and professional please request ONEIKO If you need a knowledgeable technician.

I have NEVER dealt with so much incompetence!

I am dealing with Trans global through extended warranty from homedepot and I am exhausted! I have them book my service call 4 times so far, and they showed up twice only. Mind you that I am STILL trying to fix the same issue and all 4 days I had to take off without pay! One would think they are saving the money on this warranty but I have lost more in one day that I had to take day off ( because they don't provide you with a timeframe even a night before and call you in the morning 8-10am and inform you of the time of arrival. last two days I am waiting for the tech who weren't even in the country! He called me at 1:30 pm to notify my that he just landed in the airport. Are you kidding me?! Guys, stay away from this company at all costs. It is cheaper to pay for a valid service call out your pocket provided it is around $90. I cannot get ahold of the supervisor or manager either. So frustrating that nobody is willing to take responsibility! I am scratching my head on HOW this company is still in the business as many have mentioned also.

Horrible service and technicians

They have not been able to fix a Frigidaire stove for a few months. Once I escalated and talked to the adjudicator who said maybe you are not using it properly . The technician appmt take time to scehdule and the issue again come uo after they have fixed it. Have had a tech come by abt 6 times now. Stay away
