If you have a choice, use another service.
While individually, the customer service representatives at TransGlobal are pleasant and superficially helpful, the actual service they provide is less than abysmal. I have been waiting months for a gas range repair. A serviceperson has been to the home twice. They have ordered extra parts twice. The new parts they ordered are sitting on my desk - today I was told that the next possible service date is over 3 weeks away. This is months without a workable oven that is under warranty. They will respond perhaps that they can't be responsible for service delays due to parts, or due to the manufacturer, or due to the warranty company. These are poor excuses for service that is inattentive, dismissive, uninvolved, sloppy and of poor value, poor quality and not professional. If I had a choice I would ask anyone else.
