310RENO Design & Renovation

Reno 310 renovated our master and guest bathroom. While we were quite set on the design that we had in mind, the team was able to offer guidance on some elements that they thought we might want to reconsider. Their suggestions were spot-on; it enhanced the look and practical use of the bathroom.

I had a pleasant working relationship with Mike and the team on-site. Issue that arose during the process were dealt with without questions. This is what one would expect and what every company would tell you, but you never really know if they'll live up to this promise until you need it; Reno 310 most definitely lived up to this.

I had a pleasant experience, they responded quickly to my first enquiry, they sent someone over to verify the drawings and my initial concerns, they were patient with my reviews during the designs. Overall I would recommend them to anyone wanting to develop an architectural design and drawings for a second unit in their basement, they followed it through with the city of Mississauga until the permit was issued, I am satisfied.

We used 310Reno for a small basement refresh project in 2016 for which we were very satisfied. When it came time to do an upgrade of the kitchen and 3 bathrooms we called 310Reno. It was a major renovation, back to the studs, in all four rooms. The finished product is a show piece. No detail was missed. Some of our requests/requirements required a master craftsman, Adam and his Assistant Sol were more than up to the task. We are so pleased with work. A 90 year old house certainly through us a few curves, like washroom floors filled with con creates under the sub floors covering all plumbing! Adam never complained and just got on with dealing with, fixing what was encountered. Never a work around or ignored. All dealt with in a proper and professional manner. I can not stress enough how pleased we are with the finished products and would definitely hired them and their ‘A Team’ again for any future projects. We highly recommend 310Reno for any job, large or small, all get the full attention of the whole team.

310 Reno was top notch in all ways in the Reno of my Master bathroom. From the very first phone call, to final completion they communicated well, were very professional, started on time and finished early. There were no surprises and they stuck to their quote. After we were disappointed in the bathroom renovation done by a previous contractor, I contacted Mike at 310 RENO. He was caring and flexible and agreed to complete the work that included removing and replacing the shower floor and tiles. In two days, he had Adam begin the job! He was skilled, organized and professional. We were very pleased with the beautiful completed shower. We plan to have this company help us with future projects and we would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a badly leaked roof. Knowing Mike and Charles are men of integrity, I contacted Mike for the roof replacement work. Before long, my kitchen ceiling came crashing down after the tremendous rain storm happened in August in Toronto. So now I had an emergency situation. Thanks to Mike, Ben and his roofing team of 6 men, I had a new roof over my head before the next rainy day came by. Mike also took care of replacing my ceiling. After the work was done, I bet no one who would examine my place could tell that the ceiling and its fixtures had been replaced from the rest of the surroundings. The production is of high quality. The price is right. The people are trustworthy. I would highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone who is looking to hire professionals for their renovation.

I love my kitchen. Mike coordinated everything and Steve's company did the install. Everything went according to plan. Steve was extremely helpful. He is very detail oriented which made everything look beautiful.
