We were renovating our rental apartment, and the prior contractor left us with the work uncompleted and beyond budget. This was the scenario where we met 310 Reno. From the very beginning Mike and team were sympathetic and willing to help us solve the difficult situation we were going through. What makes them different? From our experience, we can say that They have a great and professional team, act honestly and provide an excellent quality of job. - Mike assembled a team including a designer and a project manager to provide the best solution / recommendations. Igor and Alexandra were always available to answer our questions and recommend the best design, material and technical aspects. Their workers were very respectful, left the premises clean and knew they work from electricity, floor, tiling, cabinetry, etc. - As you can imagine after our bad experience with the prior contractor, we were hesitant when meeting with new contractors. Mikes approach was very sympathetic, and we felt understood. He puts a personal touch to the relationship with his clients and is genuinely interested in providing a great service. He was also very realistic with the budget and flexible enough to explore adjustments that can fit with ours. - When we first saw the designs prepared by 310 Reno for the final renovation, we just had hopes giving the condition our apartment was left. After the work was completed, we were really and positively surprised by how beautiful and functional the apartment was. To put some perspective, it was rented in less than a week, which was a blessing for us. From our own experience, I can strongly recommend Mike and his team for any renovation work you are considering. You can see that they love what they do, are very professional, and offer a quality job in a realistic time period. It was a blessing and pleasure working with them and I will 100% hire them again.

Julian and team are very professional. You heard many things about dealing with home repair companies but Mr. Roof Repair should be the exception to the norm. We were recommended by a friend and contacted them to get an assessment on our attic and roof. Booking the appointment was easy and Julian explained in details what was it will include. They had to change the appointment due to weather and they contacted up well ahead (a plus +++ for them). The day of the appointment, they arrived on time and explained the details. We got out assessment report 3 days after and had a visit to discuss the results and next steps with Andre. He was running late due to traffic and even had the courtesy to call us to advise. He explained all the results of the assessment and next steps (repairs, replacement, cost, timing, etc.). One important aspect to highlight from Mr. Roof Repair is that they do not try to replace your roof, plywood, etc. as first option - which generates more business for them - but provides a recommendation to repair and keep what is currently working and replace what is not. That helps you decide what is the best option for you. We've scheduled the work for late October. I will be providing updates by then. So far, we were very impressed by the professionalism of Julian, Andre and team. Well done!
