Mike and his team are exceptionally skilled at what they do. The process did not seem rushed, but they completed the tiling quickly and efficiently while keeping a clean workspace. They had excellent attention to detail, and the finished product was nearly flawless. There were some tricky bits that they made it look easy. Their demeanour was professional and friendly. Mike and his team were exceptional!! While finishing our basement during covid I needed to choose flooring. However I had to do it online, and when the flooring arrived I realized it wasn't what I wanted and it wasn't as simple as simply exchanging it. Mike was very accommodating with my ever changing decisions and he was able to get the flooring changed for us. We love our basement and the work that was done. If anyone wants to deal with a professional and efficient reno company I would only recommend 310 Reno

Very positive experience working with 310Reno. Project completed per quote (no "extras") and within time frame promised. Designer a huge help. Made choice of materials and colours easy. We went with all of her suggestions including tile, vanity, counter top and paint and it looks great. Workmanship was good quality and cleaned up daily. Quick turnaround on install of countertop and shower door once measured.

310Reno was able to start my project within 3 months of contacting them. They assigned a designer to assist us in picking out finishes and our contractor Mark was absolutely amazing. He was there everyday and did excellent work. He is highly recommended. We went a couple weeks over schedule but that was due to us adding to the scope of work. In the end we replaced all the main floor tile, the stair spindles, scraped the popcorn ceiling, full gut/reno of powder bath and main bath, painted most of the house and replaced most of our light fixtures and installed potlights throughout.

I love my bathroom from 310 Reno! We spoke with Mike about renovating our bathroom and all the issues it had. He explained things really well and was very easy to talk to. Alexandra their designer really knows her stuff and pays attention to detail. Mark who did our renovations also explained things really well and did a beautiful job. Everyone at 310 Reno was not just professional but also really nice. I would not hesitate to have them come back to do our kitchen when we are ready and I would love for Alexandra to design it! All in all we had a very positive experience.

I was very happy with my basement renovation. Mike was always very helpful and pleasant, when I had questions concerning the job. I really appreciated this, because I had just let a renovation company go, because the quality of their work was so bad. I forgot the name of the installer who laid the porcelain tile throughout the whole basement, but it was the best tile job, I have ever seen. I have already recommended 310 reno to friends.

After contracting several companies and getting estimates we decided to go with 310reno. The whole process from beginning to end was very professional. 310 Reno has an interior designer on staff and helped us to design and plan the basement and choose the appropriate materials. Their material selection is quite extensive and higher quality than other companies we have seen.
The project finished on time about 5 weeks and within budget. In terms of budget, they fall
somewhere in the middle. The crew was very dedicated, showed up on time everyday and worked very hard. The electrical work was done professionally and up to code.
If you don't like surprises, then I would strongly recommend 310 Reno.
