Custom Aluminum Windows & Siding Limited

Custom Aluminum was referred to us by our neighbor. We are so happy that we decided to go with them after getting quotes from 2 other companies. We had our windows changed, eastroughs and siding installed by them. Vlaz was the coordinator from beginning to end. He was always available to answer questions we had. The window team ( I think his name was Dragon ) was efficient, quick and professional. They were also very patient with our puppy. After windows were installed, Kevin and Steve installed the siding and eastroughs. They did a fantastic job. They were professional and were always willing to answer our 1 million questions. They were honest and always provided great input. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Custom Aluminum was recommended to us for our windows, front door and siding by a neighbour. Vlaz came by to give us a quote and we went from there. Everyone we met at this company was great! Luckily their office and showroom is only 5 minutes from our house so we popped in to check out samples etc. numerous times.
The window and door installers, Micky and Dereck were excellent! Arrived on time and installed everything very professionally. Really took care to cover our floors etc. from damage.
Shortly after the windows were installed, Bledi and Oscar arrived to replace our siding, soffits and facia. Again, just excellent work! Can’t say enough good things about how well they did the job. Went past our expectations! Really nice guys that were a pleasure to have around.

Kevin amd his brother did outstanding work. Previous contractor left menbhigh n dry and these guys made it right. Exceptional work ethic, hard working even though blistering heat. I would've offered to give them money for dinner once they had completed their work on my garage, but I was unable to be around

Vlad took the quote, amd again I wasn't around to take that as I was working shift, but he was polite, courteous and out the client first (according to relatives who were here to take vlas' quote)

Outstanding professionalism of the installing crew. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and always asking for my input when it came to installation decisions that impacted the final "look" of the product. This was a huge job completed in less than two weeks and they left the property spotless after each day. Would highly recommend.

The office staff was very friendly and was able to book me in sooner as per my request for a quote. I was first approached by there sales team who came and gave me an estimate. When they arrived they helped me understand what my concerns were and pointed out ways for me to find some cost savings. This is great as the sales team are not out to rip you off. Once we agreed on pricing, they scheduled me in within a reasonable time frame. The crew that arrived understood what they had to do and we did a quick walk through to ensure they were on the same page and I understood the job. I had a party on the Friday and the crew stayed late to finish in time before my guests arrived. Everything is working great and the colours they recommended compliment my home! I am now working with them on getting window and doors quoted! Very happy with my whole experience and service and would recommend this company to family and friends!

We needed to replace the eaves and soffit. Vlad seemed knowledegable and pointed out that we needed an extra downspout and cut more ventilation holes in the soffit. He was friendly and answered any questions right away. I had pointed out that we wanted this project to be done before installing our windows. I was told they would install the eaves 3 to 4 weeks after placing the order.
I checked in with Vlad after 4 weeks and was told another couple weeks. After another month we were still not scheduled. By then I was seriously considering to cancel the project. A few weeks later workers appeared unannounced at my house to install the soffit. The crew for the eaves would come the next day. Fortunately I had all the details of the project spelled out in my quote, as the neither crew had the details. The soffit crew ran out of material, but assured me that the eaves crew would finish the soffit the next day. Both leaders of the crews were very friendly and willing to go over the agreed details. As it turns out the project manager had forgotten to tell the eaves crew that they would install Alu Rex leave guards. They need to be installed before the eaves go on the roof and they have a value of about $1000. The leader called the office to ask somebody to bring the leaf guards. So between the extra work with the soffit and the delay with the leaf guards the two workers of the eaves crew barely finished when it was getting dark already.
The installation looks good, the eaves seem to be draining properly. The project management was terrible and the clean up of the soffit crew was poor. I would not recommend or hire Custom Aluminum again.

Asked for a quote for eavestrough . Then asked for a quote for an additional service. Salesperson not pushy, easy to deal with., May be the was company busy or due to weather my work to some time to start--- but in the end I got job well done

We dealt with Brian who was professional and efficient. We obtained many quotes and Custom Aluminium was very competitive with their pricing.

We had our Eavestroughs, soffits and fasciae done. The work was completed beautifully, in a timely manner. As a matter of fact we were not even home while the work was being completed, and our trust was not misplaced. The work was impeccable and the site was cleaned up before they left.

Nathan and Abraham did an awesome job of replacing our aluminum siding around our sliding door, kitchen window and 2 doors. The work was not as simple as it would first seem given the non-standard measurements. The guys did a great job and we are very happy with the result. They did the work as if it was their own home, which is the way that all contractors should work.
