After seeing many different companies, I choose to have our eavestrough, fascia, and soffit replaced by Custom Aluminum. I am happy with the installation and impressed with the workmanship. The crew was experienced and professional despite delays due to weather. They have earned my recommendation and I plan to use them for other projects (they also do windows, front entry doors, patio doors, siding...).

I hired this company because they responded very quickly to my request for an estimate, explained the differences of their products. Also gave a breakdown of the work involved with the installation. The work was completed efficiently by an experienced crew who worked non-stop and cleaned up all debris before they left. I highly recommend this company as they are a family-owned business who cares about their customers.

Dave the sales representative was very professional. Answered all our questions & gave good suggestions. The installers did a very good job on installing the eavestroughs & downspouts on a very chilly day. Both installers very very helpful & did an great job on clean up. Thanks to all.

A very BIG thank you to Custom Aluminum for the excellent job they did yesterday, replacing my tired old eaves with new ones. From the outset, when Vlaz quoted the job in a friendly and professional manner, to the actual install, the entire process warrants an A+. The team (Jake, Sam and Tony) arrived when promised and set to work immediately, yesterday morning. In nothing flat, they had the old eaves off and were busy 'manufacturing' the new ones with their forming machine on the back of their truck. Custom made eaves, hot off the press! The guys were courteous and knowledgeable and welcomed my overview of the entire process. Once again, kudos to the entire team for a job well done. When we walked into Custom Aluminum a few weeks ago, hoping to find replacement parts for our 9 year old windows, it was both a surprise and a relief to hear that someone could come out to the house to assess the issues and do all the needed repair work.

It was also a pleasant surprise to open the door and see a familiar face in the gentleman at our door. Still a man of few words, I didn’t catch his name, but he made an impression on us in 2009 for his diligent work ethic and skill, and this visit was no different. As efficient a workman as he was 9 years ago, he assessed all the issues, went to work, and was done in no time.

It is good to know that there are still great companies that believe in, and deliver on customer service. We had referred a few neighbours and friends to CA at the time you had completed the windows, doors and siding on our home. This most recent encounter reinforces why we originally choose your company, and why we would still recommend your services today.

We had Custom Aluminum Siding and windows Ltd (AKA Custom window Designs...........same company? same owner? not sure) install all new windows at our home back in 2007. Half the windows broke their seal and fogged up and the company just replaced all the faulty windows to warranty.

It is not easy to pick a contractor to work on your home for there is so much to choose from today but we decided to go with Custom Aluminum Windows and Siding because they have over 38 years experience, a certified Gentek installer with no subcontractors.
From the beginning with Vlaz the sales representative who listened to us and made sure that we understood all options to us and to the installers David and George who showed up every morning on time, respectful of our home/property, efficient, diligent and extremely hard working, doing a proper job and making sure that we were satisfied with the results of the installation.
