Exaggerated repair cost

The job was to change the ventor motor, the job took no more then 15 minutes, the repair man charged me two hours I.e. 200.00 $ , he said if I don’t accept the charges he will not do the job but I still have to pay 150.00 $. For the visit. He charged me 318.00 $ for the motor which I’m sure is also exaggerated but I have to investigate further.
The repair man named Scot , was unfraindly and told me that is the way it is. I do not recommend this company at all.
I also going to complain to BBB , and to Consumer Protection.
