Door Lite Tek Wrought Iron Door Inserts - No Longer in Business

The wrought iron inserts in my front door and side lites look wonderful. They allow a lot more light into the front hall. The installers did a great job of installing and cleaning up after. When we noticed one side lite was in upside down, the owner himself came back to fix it.

I dealt with Ryan and his company, Door Lite Tek, about 1 year ago and had some issues. I wrote a review and gave him a poor rating relative to the experience I had.

To my surprise, earlier this year I received a call from Ryan directly acknowledging the poor experience and an apology for everything that went wrong. Ryan was looking to make things right and offered to install some additional security locks for me on my sliding doors and front door, which he did at no extra cost to me.

I have to say, this was a very pleasant surprise and I appreciate the fact that he called to work things out. Not many companies would care enough to take that extra step. It says a lot about a comapny that is willing to admit when they are wrong and address the issue and do something to try and make it right.

My old ugly door was transformed into a thing of beauty. What an amazing difference at a reasonable price. I also love all the light it lets into my house now. Highly recommended.

We had always considered replacing our '70s style glass insert with wrought iron inserts, but had not prioritized this on our "To Do" list. Then, we happened to stop at the Door Lite Tek booth at a Spring home show and had a very pleasant chat with the owner. We were impressed by the product and the pricing, and proceeded to make a home appointment. Within the next week, we had had our home appointment, beautiful new door inserts were installed, and we also got matching new locks, which saved us time and effort to have to shop for separately. Overall, this was a great shopping experience, both in terms of speed, pricing and product quality. We are also pleased that the product is Canadian made. To date, we have received numerous compliments on our new doors and the amazing impact they have on the lighting in the hallway as well as the look of the stormdoor area and hallway. Highly recommended product and company!

Door Lite Tek recently installed doors for us and my husband and I are very impressed. It took a little longer than we would have liked but overall our entrance way is completely changed and we get lots if positive comments. This is the second time we used this company and cant find anything negative about these guys!!!

Had some confusions, but sorted out to satisfaction eventually as both parties decided to cancel the contract at the end because job didn't seem feasible and Ryan returned my deposit. So no hard feelings.
Probably because windows are not Ryan's specialty and he underestimated the cost when he quoted me the quote, perhaps wrought iron is more his expertise since that's the what he say his company does mainly. I may try him again in the future if I decide to do wrought iron inserts in the future.
