Great Canadian Self Storage

AMAZING SERVICE! I was by myself with no help to move my belongings out of the Uhaul truck into my storage unit. I had explained to the ladies at the front desk and one of then men there named Copeland was extremely helpful. He helped me move all my furniture (bedroom set, dining room set, bins and boxes) and still had amazing energy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for self storage. I used the storage facility for about 2 months without any hassle or problems. The units are clean and perfect sizing. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs services like this.

Chose All Canadian because of the drive through setup, clean and tidy facility and friendly professional front desk service. There are several storage options nearby and I found All Canadian to be the most professional.

Was given a truck with a broken radio, a faulty gas gauge and making a strange noise when traveling, not a big deal, but....
The sales rep. (sue), fudged where the gas gauge line was on the rental slip, and said some questionable things that made us think we might get burned on the gas thing, so we decided to fill'er up as soon as we pulled out of the lot ($28.01). We then used the truck to move, and filled it up again just before returning it ($7.50 for 40 km used).
We presented both receipts expecting to be reimbursed for the $28.00. Instead we got a lot of grief, attitude, excuses and non action. They used their obscure, unfair policies to keep our $28.00. At least until now - we're still trying to get our money back out of principal. We were also kept in the dark about the after hours drop-off possibility, and procedure. It seems like they are only looking after themselves at that location.
