Removed half my tree 10 ft beyond any wires and 4 mature branches BELOW wires

I had Wes come out to quote the removal of the large branches that swung over my roof of my flat roof house. There was no access to the backyard so that meant they had to climb to cut. I agreed to the quote and asked them to come out. It was 85 degree day and I was not home. They came in and did an amazing job. They moved my patio table to keep it safe. They cleaned up so well that if I hadn't known they were coming I wouldn't have been able to tell. My neighbor checked on them and said they were so polite and hard working. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Davey Tree.

Contacted Davey Tree Service Lakeshore Ontario in early June to have them treat a Birch Tree that I suspected might be infested with Birch Borer. My understanding was that it would cost $575. plus tax which included fertilization. It appears I didn't read the contract correctly, as it did not include fertilization. My mistake. After many delays they finally showed up in August. I have past experience with Arborists treating trees, and they indicated to me that injection treatments should be done earlier in the year when the sap is flowing stronger. Internet research confirms this. August is not early to mid spring. The Davey technician assured me it was still ok, I did question that based on my past experience and research. Just as they were finishing, I walked over to see them drill the final hole, which to me seemed far too deep into the tree, there was no stop on the drill bit. The next day I visited the tree and much to my dismay they had not plugged the drill holes leaving my tree open to infestation from insects and diseases. I found them to be very unprofessional and would not recommend them for tree treatment.

Had Luke and his team trim our large maple this morning. I am over the moon about the very neat job Luke did and about how he managed to trim some of the difficult branches. He rid the upper canopy of dead and sucker branches and removed numerous branches around the lower canopy. The end result is amazing. The crew cleaned everything up from the lawn, to the driveway to the street. Very professional. Thank you all.

David and Kenneth did an excellent job of cutting a number of high, large branches, and gave us good advice. The clean-up of the site was second-to-none. These 2 deserve our highest commendation.

Today Feb. 06. 2024 u sent a crew to my house in Windsor 0nt. Noah and Scott all i got to say is ( OUTSTANDING ) you guys have two awesome workers in those two young men they were--- polite , professional , organized , informative efficient , i wish i had a couple of workers like that at my company , thanks again for a job well done were two other local companies were contacted for quotes and did not even show up for a quote , so in whole your company went above and beyond , it was one week from first phone call for a quote to job WELL DONE , great job to everyone involved.

I have used Davey Tree for pruning 2 large maples (and others from time to time) every 3-4 years for about 20 years. They have always done an excellent job, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The estimate was timely and in the ballpark, and all employees have always been polite and friendly, and have gone out of their way to accommodate my requests (stacking firewood, for example.)

I will definitely be using them in the future.

We've been using Davey Tree for years after bad experience with another Ottawa company. A few weeks ago it was for a huge dead white ash near the front of our property overlooking the road and a nearby power pole. Alex and Nicole did a fantastic job of bringing it down with surprisingly little damage to the surrounding trees. In recent years we've also had Davey Tree remove two large dead trees (an ash and an elm) that were fairly close to the house. Both jobs were done with great expertise and little damage to surrounding trees. All our experience with Davey Tree has been excellent.
