City Wide Demolition

Kevin and his crew have always been reliable and friendly. They show up, do their job and do it well. Demolition is not a fun element of any renovation (especially if you do it many times) but his guys don't complain and are thorough.

Kevin responded quickly when a previous demolition contractor proved to be unreliable. His quote was fair -- half that of the other contractor -- and so was his approach. He keeps his customer's interests in mind.

They removed a lot of lath and plaster without damaging walls that we want left in place. They cleared out moldy insulation from a shed - a nasty job I sure didn't want to do!

They did want we wanted, on time, and cleaned up after them selves. I wish all our contractors were like them!
