Terrible terrible communication and integrity, we were told our order would take 4-6 weels. Nine weeks later, no one returns calls, no one knows where our order is, the order is in, oh actually its not in, ok leave a message, sales rep does not return 4 messages! Can’t schedule an install until the order is in…but you said it was in!? Try to get a straight answer for an install, wait at home for SIX hours after being told it would be 20-30 minutes to hear back, person gone home when we call again. This is not the first time, but it will be the last time. We have spent thousands of dollars over the years with this company, customer service is worse each time. Lassie could get more organized that this! There have been a few knowledgeable people, a friendly helpful guy named Ryan. I think the person scheduling is doing their best in a company that does not care how they treat customers.
