Job involved replacement of 13 windows and a front door. Everyone we interacted with was professional, polite and helpful. Experts in their field. They explained the different options for each window, explaining the pros and cons so that we were happy with the end results.

The installers kept us updated on their progress, they were very tidy taking the time to cover different items and sweep up areas when they were done.

The end result was exactly what we were hoping for. Great experience from quote to finish.

Amazing work and thorough... even during covid and delays. Marie was always keeping me up to date . A thinly was a blessing with helping me for the section of items since I couldn’t go to the showroom and Mike installed beautifully!

Mike did a great job installing our front door. He is very detailed and he took the time needed to make sure the door was installed perfectly. It looks amazing and we are so happy with how it turned out.

Another thanks for pointing out that customers can have such a poor experience that they would rather remain anonymous than be repeatedly ignored. We hired Halton Window & Door Company to replace our windows because of a few decent Google reviews and proximity to our home. The product they sell is good, but the service is absolutely horrendous. Anthony was knowledgeable and pleasurable to deal with during the quote and it all went downhill from there.

Communication was poor and on several occasions they were outright dishonest. They repeatedly misled us regarding timelines, repairs and paperwork. There was no accountability. Everything was blamed on the manufacturer, even when it was clearly not the manufacturer's fault and easily avoidable.

Attention to detail was non-existent. Installers repeatedly made the same mistakes, left garbage everywhere, and paperwork was always wrong.

They ultimately refused to deal with issues as a result of their own improper installation and we were forced to use a different company to fix it.

Everyone makes mistakes. Halton Windows & Door Company is incapable of dealing with them in a professional and timely manner.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The timing of the installation was on time. The clean up was like if nothing happen. The sales person Anthony was honest and trustworthy.

Outstanding customer service. The quality of work that the installers provided exceeded our expectations. We are very glad that we choose The Halton Window and Door Company and highly recommend them.

I ordered a custom fit patio door, when they arrived it wasn't custom and they were forced to cut and make it fit. They were not even going to advise me that they were using a standard door, since the price difference was $500. Since my husband was home and asked why "allthe cutting" is when they told him. I called them approx 5 times to come look at the way the screen door closes and it doesn't close properly. When installer came to look at it he said that it was bowed out about 3/4 down along the inside. Definitely see it when you look at the door. I called back told Mike I want him to come to look at it, set up 6:30pm appt and he never showed nor called. Money wasn't the issue, the follow up was. I wanted the custom door and if it was ordered like I asked for we probably wouldn't have this issue. Very poor service. I have other windows and doors to do, I would never return as a customer. Still debating if I should file a claim.

Halton Windows & Doors finally came out to inspect and replace the whole door. this was looked after May of 2019.
I just little disappointed that it took having to post a negative review to have Customer Service issue resolved. Thank you for replacing the window.

The staff and workers were professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The workers arrived on time, completed the project by the date given and left our house clean and tidy after they were done.
The quality of the work was exceptional and we love our new windows.
