Very rude and arrogant but did the job

1. Positive: Technically they know what they do
2. Very negative: Very bad attitude that makes the point 1 worthless. So I confirm other negative reviews

The servicece was for my microwave which is under warranty.

Stayed home in a working day for the service. In the last minute they asked for a parking spot otherwise they have to reschedule. There were already multiple service provider cars in the street but their goal was to save a dime.

The phone agent was rude. Talked over me and disconnect the phone when I told her they have to communicate in advance with their client in this regard as I had to arrange with concierge as we do not have visitor parking.

The service man claimed it is the responsibility of the client to make the condo unit accessible eventhough there were steert parking available. I aked him to write his interpretation of accessibility. He did not accept.

Even when the concierge heself provided the service man a space and asked him to move in he kept arguing that previous time he was told he can not park here.

I have also offered him to move my car and empty my space for him. He He responded it should be done in 5 minutes otherwise he will leave.

In the unit he refused to wear the shoe cover I provided him and ignored my clear request. He just said his shoe cover is better, is water proof and he has paid for it. In response I mentioned my request is about cleanness of my unit and I put a bunch of shoe cover on the counter top telling him take it all but change your shoe cover. He did not follow.

After the job, he refused to wait few minutes to test the unit. I clearly requested it.

The job seems was done fast and the unit is working. This is the positive side. However the attitude was exteremly bad and the concierge that wittnessed part of it

Anyway very arrogant and the type of person will never learn from their wrong doing and keep accusing clients for it to the point they twist the facts too.

5 years extended guaranty service for Electric range

For the past month my electrical range is not working, have 2 technician check the range and try to fix it, but unsuccessfully.
Terrible experience.

Central Vac Repair - under warranty

The only positive about Premier Appliance is the lovely Receptionist. She was understanding, professional and kind. The 0 rating can be attributed to Brent who is the Service Technician and possibly the owner. Brent is rude, abrupt and his unwillingness to help may warrant a trip back to school where he can learn Good Customer Service and the importance that plays in running a successful business. As I can see most reviews show this Company is not up to par. I suggest reading the reviews before contacting them.

Service - Repair of a Central Vac System, still under Warranty
Outcome - Original problem corrected however new issue has become our problem according to Brent

Very Unpofessional

I had a tech drop by yesterday to repair a Frigidaire stove. Ironically it was the same guy who dropped by another time for a different repair. Needless to say, he hasn't changed. The guy entered the house like he owned the place and has to be the most unprofessional, rude and arrogant person I have ever had in my home. The first thing he did once he entered was to drop his tools on top of my kitchen counter. Honestly, I have never seen this before. I told him that is where we prep food and that not seem to be enough to move it. When I questioned him on it, he seemed very adamant about leaving it there and noted a perception of safety. What safety issue is there I asked? Youre standing in front of stove in one place and repairing it. He did stress that unless the tools remained there, he would not do the repair!

The guy eventually put the parts back together and failed to do the repair he was hired to do and just left. I called the repair company back and they failed to do anything as well with no escalation point. They pointed me back to the warranty provided and they were surprised when I called them back. Needless to say they won't be returning.

Refrigerator

Worst service ever...DO NOT USE! 2 under warranty service calls both times I gave them what my issue was via email no technician sent. When part arrived he installed but problem still happening. Called again and once again no technician ever sent they ordered part which took over 6 months to get and when he got here they didn't replace the part all he did was caulk around the seams of the ice maker and left which made the problem worse. Called back to see what can be done and was told sorry your warranty has expired! So my ice maker leaks and I'm stuck with it. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES!!!!

Warranty of Microwave

My microwave was under warranty and the manufacturer sent premier appliance to fix my microwave. The repairman did not know how to fix it. He just replaced a random part to claim he did something even thought that part was working and left. Microwave still not working. I called him back and he refused to visit again to fix the microwave. He said the work order/ticket is closed and to call back the manufacturer for a new work order/ticket. Premier appliance are in the business of wasting your time since they don't know how to repair things. They even charged the manufacturer for the part that was still working.

one of the worse company ever
we tried for a month to fix the dishwasher
very arrogant and never fixed the issue
better not to depend on them
and pay out of pocket

Warranty call on a refrigerator

I'm not surprised to see such a low review for this company.

Brent is the rudest technician I have ever met. The moment I let him in the house he showed signs of arrogance. He came in to fix my brand new refrigerator and broke the clip. He became confrontational and started packing and wanted to leave without explaining what was happening. I stopped him to give us an explanation for next steps and he became defensive. After exchange of words, I told hime to leave. He became aggressive with me and my wife because he didnt like the fact that I told him to leave. A few times, he stopped walking and stood his ground and got in my face. I called their customer service and she mentioned that this was a second complaint with this guy. He is not a customer facing person and he will have a negative impact on your business. I have lodged a complaint with Electrolux/Frigidaire.

Dishwasher repair- Worst customer Service i have ever encountered

We bought a dishwasher with warranty. The power board broke and we reached out to file a claim on Oct 12th. After 2 weeks i got a call saying they ordered parts and they are waiting for them. I got a call on Nov 2 saying its arrived and they r coming the next morning to come fix it. Unfortunately my tenant downstairs was not awake by the time and we were trying to reach him. The technician left saying he will not wait. All we asked was 5 mins time. He left. After multiple calls and leaving msgs( the other reviwers are right, their helpdesk person is useless.. all she does is passes along the msgs... nothing else. I guess we should be thankful she is pleasant to talk with unlike the technician i was in contact with) i got an appointment again at a time inconvenient time after repeatedly telling them it does not work... anyways... we went ahead and the guy reached an hour into scheduled time... and yet he refuse to wait a single minute- the time it takes for us to knock on door and get the tenant downstairs to turn off power. I mean just because they are handling insurance business doesnt mean they can be rude and inconvenient. Dont hire them... they r impossible to work with
