Very rude and arrogant but did the job
1. Positive: Technically they know what they do
2. Very negative: Very bad attitude that makes the point 1 worthless. So I confirm other negative reviews
The servicece was for my microwave which is under warranty.
Stayed home in a working day for the service. In the last minute they asked for a parking spot otherwise they have to reschedule. There were already multiple service provider cars in the street but their goal was to save a dime.
The phone agent was rude. Talked over me and disconnect the phone when I told her they have to communicate in advance with their client in this regard as I had to arrange with concierge as we do not have visitor parking.
The service man claimed it is the responsibility of the client to make the condo unit accessible eventhough there were steert parking available. I aked him to write his interpretation of accessibility. He did not accept.
Even when the concierge heself provided the service man a space and asked him to move in he kept arguing that previous time he was told he can not park here.
I have also offered him to move my car and empty my space for him. He He responded it should be done in 5 minutes otherwise he will leave.
In the unit he refused to wear the shoe cover I provided him and ignored my clear request. He just said his shoe cover is better, is water proof and he has paid for it. In response I mentioned my request is about cleanness of my unit and I put a bunch of shoe cover on the counter top telling him take it all but change your shoe cover. He did not follow.
After the job, he refused to wait few minutes to test the unit. I clearly requested it.
The job seems was done fast and the unit is working. This is the positive side. However the attitude was exteremly bad and the concierge that wittnessed part of it
Anyway very arrogant and the type of person will never learn from their wrong doing and keep accusing clients for it to the point they twist the facts too.
