Great customer service from beginning to end of booking my appointment to having the work done! The technician Dan was very professional and easy to talk to, he came in and got the job done. I would recommend Reliance to all of my family and friends!

We installed a geo thermal system several years ago. we have had it serviced regularly. last week we called to have it service again.
our installation company has been bought out by a large company.
I called 4 times over 3 days only to be put on hold for up to 15 min. never speaking to a person or being called back after leaving messages. Finally I called sales and spoke to a real person she got things going. Today Darrick #11339 came to the house he listened to my trouble with the call centre gave me a card with a direct number to his office and his supervisor Khyle.
he serviced my furnace, gave it a clean bill of health and made a couple of suggestions to make the furnace run even more efficient. He also informed me of a service being offered at great savings that would be of benfit to me.
I would not hesitate to have Darrick back at my house in the future.
I have since spoken to Khyle he has assured me the call centre problem will be addressed. he also gave me his e-mail and phone number

I had Darrick come on a Saturday to service my fireplace as it is my main heat source and I am away for months at a time. He.always shows up when needed and is the most pleasant man to come to my door for repairs. Always ask for him and the job goes fast and smooth. Thanks again Darrick!!

Darrick Team Member #11339 - arrived as scheduled, and completed the task in a friendly and efficient manner. He had been here previously on a furnace problem and suggested my joining the Reliance Part & Maintenance program, saving 20 % on the part cost for the repair along with annual check-ups. He was most pleasant, efficient, and helpful! I shall follow his advice and cannot say enough good things about this experience.

Darrick was our contact. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. If it weren't for his professionalism I wouldn't be filling out this review. I find it onerous and clumsy. Your company could certainly do a better job of soliciting reviews by customers. I suggest a quick survey with ratings beside each question. And I should not have to join your company to write a review. Not at all comfortable nor happy with this format. I wonder If you will post this review..

I called Reliance after no heat for 3 nights in an unusually cold September and they responded within 24 hrs. Steve was very helpfull and completed the job in a very professional manner. He also advised me on what to do to prevent furnace down time in the future as my furnace is over 20 years old. I felt very confidant that his advice was accurate and in my best interest. I plan to pursue a meeting with a sales rep to investigate a new furnace so that we can prevent an outage in the cold winter months. This is my second service call with a reliance yanch service rep both of whom were Steve's and they were both very positive experiences. I could only hope to meet this calibre of service representative in all aspects of my life. Thank You.

Darrick was excellent. He was punctual, courteous, and helpful. He quickly identified the problem and explained the options to correct it. Once we had decided on the solution, he quickly replaced the necessary part, cleaned up, presented the paperwork and left. Great service.
